Fantastische vakantie

Fantastisch mooi verblijf welke onze verwachtingen ruim overtroffen heeft. Een week hier verbleven met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Zij hadden een paradijs om te spelen en te zwemmen. De correspondentie met Helen vooraf en tijdens het verblijf is zeer klantgericht en klantvriendelijk. Ik beveel dit ten zeerste aan en zal hier vaker gebruik van maken.

A super villa - spacious and o so comfortable

We thought this was a lovely villa - very spacious and although there were only 3 of us, thought there was plenty of space for 6-8 people . Good communication prior to visit and I must say very clean on arrival . Helen the manager was very good and took us round the villa to show us how everything worked etc. Enjoyed the jacuzzi which we had heated - we didn't have the pool heated for our stay - although it was cold getting in , I must say it was lovely once in and for us glad we didn't pay for the heating - some others may have a different opinion ( we did visit July so it was hot ) . Enjoyed playing table tennis - decent table and bats, and also chaps enjoyed the games inside. There was an issue with the light by the pool during our stay - maintenance chap came the same day and all fixed very quickly. Always a sign that they keep the villa maintained and keen to ensure everything is tip top. Local area was nice , with some lovely restaurants in the village . We had a hire car and I must say I think you need one really. May have struggled re the shopping otherwise. My only suggestion is that we bought a couple of floats for the pool - left them behind so hoping others enjoy their use - for the price of the villa I do think that perhaps this sort of item should be provided. Also a small welcome pack would be a nice touch. We had a great time and if you book this villa it really is a super place to stay. The McKee Clan

Very large property with lovely grounds

We found the property to be lovely. The rooms were huge and the grounds were amazing. It had everything you needed for your stay and it was really clean. We took 3 children with us and they loved all the extra games, like the table tennis and pool tables. We had a great pool competition one evening. Helen and the team were really nice. We took full advantage of their taxi service which was good value for money and flexible. I have taken one star away because it was a bit more remote than we are used to and took about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest shops and supermarket. If you like it quiet though this a really good villa.

The place to go for fantastic holiday

We spent two weeks in this great villa and we enjoyed every minutes there. It offers everything you wish for and even more and all the team is really friendly and helpful. The villa itself contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on suite). All bedrooms are very good size and the beds are really comfortable. There are plenty of storages which is really helpful. The bathrooms are very good size too and there is a massive bath in the downstairs one. The living area is amazing and we all enjoyed the pool table and the football table. The kids enjoyed the PS4 (keeping in mind that you need to pay to use it but not too expensive and it is a good way to manage the playing time). The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. We also used the annex bedroom which is just perfect, well equipped and plenty of space. The swimming pool is just perfect, very large, it gives lots of space to play or swim. The shallow part is in a shaded area which is great for the kids at the hottest hours. The Jacuzzi was a new addition this year and it was wonderful to have is after long days of visiting. Our advice is to ask for both the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi to be heated. Sunbeds are really comfortable and it was nice to be able to have some shade from parasols or from the lovely palm trees. It is really nice to have a dining area and BBQ near the pool as well as an extra shower room and toilets there. There is also a fridge which is really convenient to avoid going back to the villa each time. We also really enjoyed the outside dining area near the villa at evening time when it is a bit more windy. The garden is beautifully managed and the view is really nice. One of the best thing about this villa as well is that it is located in an area which is almost the middle of the Algarve so you can easily access all villages and areas to visit. There are so much to do in the area, you can organise some very busy days but when you come back to the villa, you will enjoy a really peaceful and relaxing environment which is so nice to make your holiday just perfect. The villa is close to lots of restaurants and shops, supermarket which is really convenient. Thank you so much Nuno and Helen, we had an amazing time. Wishing you all the best, Emilie and family

Amazing stay

We booked this villa for a short break with friends before christmas, it had an amazing open plan kitchen and living space with all the essensials, there was a pool table, table football, table tennis which kept people entertained. The pool area was really great complete with outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ and pizza oven. We had the pool heated which was warm anough to swim even in december. I would say that the listing for this villa does not do it justice and it exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Quelques point à revoir

Personne pour nous accueillir, 240 € pour une piscine chauffée qui ne dépasse pas 20 degré alors que 28 annoncé et pas de radiateur pour se chauffer la nuit. Autrement belle maison idéalement située bien fleurie avec toutes les commoditées
