Great location and lovely villa

Villa was great, in a beautiful location and everything is as seen in the pictures, only trouble we had was the fridge wasn’t that cold (although definitely manageable)

A short holiday with friends

The property was well kept, clean and as described when booking. The location was perfect for our needs- with just a short walk to local amenities, restaurants and bars. Most of our time was spent lounging around the pool, but the ping pong table area around the side of the property made for a great change on the occasion. We would 100% consider booking to stay at Villa Forte again.

Albufeira Villa Forte - 7 people 3 nights

Great spacious place in a good location and amenities in property, private and secure. Shops nearby and easy stroll to the beach. Place was cleaned well with fresh sheets on comfortable beds. Balconies and terrace was nice, plenty of utensils and pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen, sockets everywhere, iron and iron board was useful, comfortable sun beds. Pool area was nicely laid out. Front was clean and refreshing with the trees and plants specially the lemon trees. Negatives Ground floor bedroom had a door to the pool area but was locked, key not provided which was a shame. Basement room with the three single beds has no windows but does have ac, there was a very bad smell coming from the manhole cover in the basement bathroom, this was on our last day but still not nice. Outdoor play area, unusable, cues broken for the pool table, table tennis table was pretty much unusable burnt in the sun. No Sun shades umbrellas like shown in the pictures Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures, was being cleaned when we arrived which looked promising however when the cleaner had left the pool was still dirty, rubbish floating and on the pool floor. Living area was fine however sofas were poor condition, one seat was broken, couldn’t really sit comfortably on them. Listing shows jacuzzi in main bedroom en-suite however it does not work. Towels provided were not great and some of them smelled too.

Het was allemaal super geregeld. Als er is was en je nam contact op dan werd het snel geregeld. Zwembad kwam ze schoonmaken telkens. Het zag er allemaal goed uit. Taxi was geregeld van en naar het vliegveld. Super. Ook via de mail snel contact.

wonderful stay in this beautiful house

the house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is located in a neat neighborhood with many beautiful houses. You can walk from the house to the strip as well as to the beach. the house was completely clean and practically furnished. we enjoyed our stay and we had nice neighbours.

Amazing villa

We had an amazing stay here for 8 girls on a hen party. Villa was in a great location, either a short walk or really short taxi to shops and bars. The villa itself was beautiful (photos don’t do it justice), and the outside area with the pool was perfect. Owner was great and responded very quickly to any questions. Check in was seamless, transfers were organised for us by the villa owner. Would definitely return and would recommend!

Spacious and spotlessly clean. WIFI not best and Basement shower blocked, however plenty places to wash. Pool excellent and facilities good. Good comms with villa owner who tried his best to deal with any issues we had (thanks Jim) Half hr walk from strip and near beach. Would Highly Recommend.

Perfect for Hens!

Booked this lovely villa for my Hen and it was perfect! It’s a little walk to the strip (which we enjoyed) or 5 euros in a taxi. It’s right by the beach and there’s loads of little shops and cafes close by. The villa itself was brilliant - clean, spacious and safe. There were 11 of us altogether and we had a great time. We arranged transfers with the host of the villa and the drivers checked us in and out. It was really easy and all staff I’ve spoken to have been extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks so much :)

60th Birthday

Villa was situated in a lovely area of Albufeira, close to all amenities and a short distance from the beach. Rooms were spacious and facilities provided are more than adequate. Local shops provide a good range of essential cleaning materials which are not provided at villa. Overall, really good holiday , weather excellent and the pool was a must to cool down.

We had a great time at a great house ! The communication was a little difficult, but it was also me who had contacted him late and he was on holliday, so it wasn't that bad at all. The service there was amazing and they were all very kind ! Everything went smoothly concerning the payment and the deposit ! I would recommend it to everyone.

All round great villa and customer service

The villa was perfectly situated between the new strip and the old town. The villa was lovely with lots of space for several couples to stay in. Very clean and everything from booking to arrival was made easy. Transfers were arranged for us and Miguel the villa manager even helped sort a minibus for our day trip out to Vilamoura. Thanks for a great villa and making everything hassle free

Amazing villa, exceeded expectations!

I booked this for my Best friends Hen party, there was 8 of us and it was just amazing! The villa is spacious enough room for everyone no one living on top of each other etc. Everything was lovely and clean! Miguel the manager is amazing he will help you with anything you need! The pool is great we did have it heated as I know a couple of people mentioned it was cold but when you get really hot it’s actually nice to have a cold Dip! All the girls and I absolutely loved it and my friend had a hen do she will never forgot! Thanks for having us!!!

disappointed

the pool was not heated and the villa even though it was wheelchair accessible was not disabled friendly.the shower room downstairs was as big as an old fashioned red phone box.there where only 4 good size glasses(half pint) the pavements are atrocious in the area .if you are fit and able then you will have a great time but its not as good as the photos. the balcony in the main bedroom has nothing on it not even an airer and the other one has only enough room to stand out on.there isnt even a coffee table in the living room ...the transfers and welcome where wonderful..
