Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total retention of the deposit:



Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Smoking inside the property.

Presence of guests not included in the booking.

Holding parties or producing excessive noise.

Breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

Security team deployment due to excessive noise.

Removal, disconnection or attempted tampering with the noise monitoring device.

Incorrect use of the awning or parasol, which should remain closed when not in use.

Check-out after 10:00 without prior authorisation.

Need for extraordinary cleaning due to excessive rubbish or dirt.

Keys left in the lock.

Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.
