A spacious master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and air conditioning.

The garden offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, with a well-kept lawn and a unique triangular-shaped swimming pool (7m x 8m) with Roman steps.

The pool can be heated (optional extra – temperature maintained between 26°C and 28°C).
