Located on Rua Cândido Guerreiro, in Albufeira, in a quiet urban residential area of Albufeira, this villa is approximately 2.5 km from Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália beaches, about 1.5 km from the famous Albufeira Strip and just a few minutes from the city's historic centre, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife.



On the main floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining room with direct access to the outdoor area and private swimming pool. The room features a comfortable sofa, television and dining table ideal for groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combined refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Pingo Doce coffee machine, toaster, juice press and various essential utensils for extended stays.



On the outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant leisure area with a private swimming pool of approximately 6x3 metres, sun loungers and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals on hot Algarve days.

• There is a device on the property that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deposit charges:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay.

Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
