A great villa with fabulous views over the marina. An easy walk over to the restaurants etc, with plenty of boat trips available at the marina. Parking (free) outside the property or a garage if preferred.

The villa was brilliant. It was immaculately clean and fully equipped and Fernando was a great host. There is plenty to do on the marina and the old town is about 20 minutes walk. We had an amazing holiday and want to return next year.

Excellent stay

Every thing about the villa was exceptional. It was very clean and in a perfect location. 4 good sized double bedrooms, 2 on suite, large lounge, good size kitchen, a nice swimming pool with sun loungers large table and chairs in garden area. Not to forget the games room in basement with table tennis and table football. The owner Fernando could not have been more helpful, recommending some excellent restaurants for us to try.

Fabulous villa in a great location!

An excellent spacious villa situated in an ideal location in Albufeira Marina. If you don’t want to venture far there are several bars/restaurants within 5 minutes walk, plus a well stocked Spar supermarket. The area also caters for children with several fun/leisure activities available. Lots of boat trips, water ski/ing etc to choose from at the Marina too. It’s approx 25 mins walk to Albufeira Old Town with its abundance of shops, bars & restaurants plus one of the local beaches. The Strip with its very lively nightlife is approx another 20-30 mins walk from the Old Town.Taxis are very reasonable if you decide to venture further (e.g. Vilamoura). Aldi and Lidl are a 10 min drive from the Villa. Fernando is an excellent host. Communication was very good, he goes out of his way to ensure you have the best time at his well equipped and spacious property. We highly recommend this place & would happily return!

Fernando nous a accueillis dans sa grande maison avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L'emplacement est parfait, vue sur la marina, proche du quartier animé des restaurants. Le centre touristique d'Albufeira peut se faire à pied ou en voiture. De là, la visite de l'Algarve se fait aisément vers l'ouest ou l'est. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Fernando welcomed us into his big house with great kindness. The location is perfect, view of the marina, close to the lively restaurant area. The tourist centre of Albufeira can be done on foot or by car. From here, the visit of the Algarve is easily done to the west or east. We had a great stay.

Perfect place to stay

The villa was perfect and the location beautiful. So relaxing and the view was stunning. To wake up every morning to the view was extra special and left myself and 5 of my family with special memories. The villa itself had everything we needed and more. Fantastic house and location

We can highly recommend this lovely house. It is not brand new, but all is working, clean and there are good beds, lots of games for all ages, kitchen has all you can need and the pool makes it perfect. The owner is so helpfull and you can reach Fernando easily. We look forward to come back :-)

Fabulous villa

This villa is huge and has stunning views across the marina. It has everything you need for a perfect stay and is a five minute walk from a selection of good restaurants or 30 minute walk along the coast line to the centre of Albuferia.

Lovely clean Villa in a great location

This is a lovely villa in a great location over looking Albufuira Marina with everything you need on your doorstep. A short walk takes you to the cafes, restaurants , bars, supermarket, children's entertainment , gym etc. Whilst there is a road in front of the villa, the villa is still private as not many people walk past as it’s only residential. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. We had read comments about the pool being cold as it’s in the shade but it does get the sun in the afternoon and there is sun all around the pool to sunbathe. We didn’t find the pool to be an issue at all and on comparison was no different to a villas pool our family were staying in nearby for temperature. The host Fernando is very accommodating and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble with very prompt responses to any enquiries we made. As a small recommendation it may benefit some to have a stand-alone shower rather than in the bath along with shower screens rather than shower curtains but whilst I’m not a fan of shower curtains , they were very clean. I will miss waking up to the view of the boats in the morning and hope to come back soon. Thanks for letting us stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa !!

Great to wake up each morning to some amazing views over the marina. The villa is lovely and spacious and very clean and tidy. With some tweaks and modernisation here and there it could be amazing !!! Only one downfall is the pool is too cold but I already knew that before we booked but don’t let that stop you from booking this lovely place !! I’m glad me and my family booked as we loved it. Stunning!

We stayed in this villa from 11th September for one week, family of 6 adults. What can I say!!! It was amazing from the moment we arrived. We were greeted personally by Fernando who was so welcoming. The villa was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with good sized bedrooms, bathrooms and a huge living/indoor dining space with a fabulous view over the marina. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a dishwasher and had lots of fridge/freezer space (an extra fridge/freezer being in the basement - very handy for drinks). The games room in the basement was a big hit. The outside space was stunning. We made good use of the BBQ and outside dining, particularly during the warm balmy evenings, watching the marina 'traffic' coming and going. We never got bored of the view. The best part of the holiday was relaxing around the pool which had a lot of sunny, sunbathing areas and one of the best views we've ever had from a villa! We would definitely recommend staying here, without hesitation, the only down side was that the water in the pool was very cold as a lot of the pool is in the shade of the villa, but being typically British...it was fine once you were in! The owner is aware of this and has said he will look to maybe doing something about this for next year, although it would not put us off booking again. Thank you again Fernando for a fantastic holiday, I'm sure we'll be back.
