Excellent communication from owner. We enjoyed our stay in what is a fantastic community. May look to book again this fall. Woke up to deer in the yard daily. Very peaceful location.

Groom, Best Man & Groomsmen Pocono House

October 28th, 2023...Groom, Best Man & Groomsmen stayed in this perfect house in Towamensing Trails. Conveniently located to Route 903, plenty of parking, clean & spacious! Great weekend!

Great house for our getaway!

The house worked great for our family. The layout & cleanliness was really on point. We had visits from deer each day which was so fun to watch as they moved through the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and rent this property again.

Family vacation

Overall we had a great time. The lake and pool access was great. The community was very nice. The house was nice however the listing stated that there was air conditioning which was not accurate along with dirty carpets and no closets in the master bedroom.

Family Poconos Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the home. I would emphasize that the home is a good stay for 1-2 days. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and we had to take the garbage put of the property (short 5 min drive) which was not listed in the check out instructions. The property manager was great was quick to respond when we had questions so there was no confusion.

Weekend rental review

Enjoyed my weekend stay with my children. It was very nice. The house was nice, very clean and comfortable. Had a minor problem with the water the first day, but it was resolved right away by "Bob". Very reliable, pleasant and friendly. Although the welcoming made us feel a little out of place, Bob made up for it.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed ourselves. The house was one of the best rentals we have rented in the Poconos. My only issue was that the description said one of the beds was a full but didn’t fit a full size sheet so my suggestion is for you to bring 2 queen sheets and 2 twins so you don’t run into the same issue we did. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Short trip great stay

The house was better than the photos. Living area very roomy. There were two hiccups but they were fixed very quickly. The first floor bed was comfortable. The second floor bedroom on the left needs a new mattress and bed frame. The frame has a lot of movement. All in all it was the perfect location for our little getaway.

Family and Friends Fun weekend

The location of this property is perfect. Quiet and close to the Lake and beach. Nice spaces to hang out. The kitchen was very well stocked and kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out we’re very easy and when I had questions Colleen and Brian answered them for me. You cannot use your own paddle boards or boats at this lake if you are a renter, Unfortunately, I missed this on the paperwork. They do have Some things that you can rent and there are some state parks nearby.

Lacking a little

Pretty much no water pressure. Difficult to shower. Property is aging and needs some updating. It was clean and in a good area.

So so weekend

The community is very nice. House is at the end of cul-de-sac and provides peace and quiet. Layout is nice and roomy. Plenty of tv's although not all remotes could be found. Kitchen is outdated and utensils are lacking. Don't expect to use both showers at the same time...water pressure on 2nd floor is very, very low.All said, we'd look at a different home next time.

Honest take from a family man

It was a nice neighborhood and it was a nice house but it could of been alot better if the owners took better care of it. Pros close to alot of outdoor activities near by for the whole family spacious house nice and quiet get away and everything in the house was in working condition. Cons house didn't look like it was cleaned at all or had been visited in months spider webs everywhere dirty sheets I question why they even charge you a cleaning fee because it felt like he didn't pay anyone to clean. Beds were very uncomfortable ended up sleeping on the sofa because it was more comfortable then the bed in the master bedroom and even worse after check out when I'm tryin to confirm that the house was left in the same condition I was given but he doesn't care to respond and tell me that we're all good and everything is clear good thin I have a video to prove it Overall we had a good time but that's probably because I don't need much to be happy this house isn't for someone who is bothered easily by spiders or an owner who doesn't care to respond when leaving the house

House can use some maintenance and TLC!

My family and I stay at rentals at least once to twice a year, beaches to woods. A lot was great about this rental except the carpet was badly stained. The kitchen cabinets, a couple were hanging off the hinges and I actually (temporary) fixed the worst one. Two of the bifold closets on 2nd floor were off the slides and just leaning inside. Bathrooms were clean but towel rack was missing looked as if ripped off the wall and one of the toilet paper holders also ripped off the mounting. Frying pans were so horribly worn and crusted I had to go out and buy new ones just to cook there. Some of this stuff some may say is petty, my point to make was the care of the rental by the owner is poor. I could have fixed all of this stuff in less than two hours, and that's generous, except the carpet. Other than that, our stay was great. Nice house, great location, lots of deer to watch, but we will not rent there again. Please dude, fix your problems inside and stock it with cookware that doesn't look like it was buried for twenty years . You have a great place there that me and my family would have loved to come back to next year, but....

Horrible

I had a 2 night stay but only stayed 1. The access passes for the pool and other amenities where not made available. The listing post states home with amenities. It's a two story home and it does say there's window ac but it only 1 small window unit upstairs it was over 90 degrees. Overall very disappointing spent over $600 dollars for one uncomfortable night.

Wonderful weekend in the mountains. Clean nice walk to the lake. Great fishing and just relaxing we’ll be going again for sure.

Never Again

Finding the house was easy. The location was accurate. However cleanliness was horrible. There was pet hair all over the furniture, the showers weren’t clean. The floor of the shower was very clammy. There were white stains on the living room couch as well as the futon. There was black mold in the shower by the window. The shelf that the pots were sitting on had fallen down from where there were only two screws barely holding it up. The dishes had to be washed from having caked up previous food on them. The couch pillows had a bad odor . There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. The tvs need to be updated as well. I don’t recommend this house unless it is properly cleaned. We were given our trash passes the day before it was time to leave which was weird because we were told to take the trash out everyday. There was only one trash bagI myself will never be returning to this location if I were to come back to the Poconos.

Comfortable space

We enjoyed the home. Did not see any issues with cleanliness. As noted, you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Don’t forget hand towels! Fireplace did not work, but it was not needed for heat, just ambience. Someone did come to check it out but wasn’t able to get it going. There was some hand soap, but not at each sink. No bath products, so bring your own. A roll of paper towels would be a nice addition. Website referred to an on-site welcome book or manual, but there was none, so you had to guess about how things worked. Nice quiet location.
