"The groundskeeper met us there and was helpful. The space itself is cute but there is an overwhelming cigarette smell throughout the entire unit we stayed in. We also had no control of the temperature despite messing with the thermostat and the unit was so hot(74) that I wasn’t able to sleep. The units kitchen had a few basic items, but only had one fork. "Downstairs room was great, the other two rooms upstairs were attic, low ceiling. Fine for kids, not so good for adults. Everything else about the place was good but it does need cosmetic & updating but for the price it was a fair cost. "
