"Could not have asked for a better experience. The owner is so accommodating, sweet and communicative. The house had everything we needed, was quiet, cozy, and a perfect location for us. We loved everything about this stay & the bed was soft & comfortable, which was a necessity for my bad back. I will 100% stay here again in the future. I loved the sweet time we had when we there I look forward to future stays."

"My fiancé and I spent a wonderful weekend here in total relaxation and peace. I couldn’t remember the last time we’d been somewhere that doesn’t have the constant subtle hum of a fridge or electricity. This cabin has everything you truly need and the hosts are so thoughtful. We felt safe, happy and proud of ourselves for the tech break! Beautiful river front and trails right in front of you. Wonderful!"

"We wanted to take a quick weekend trip to Duluth and we found this cabin. We loved it! Our dog came with and made friends with the neighbor’s dog. The lake was beautiful and we loved walking down the gravel street! The owner and maintenance person responded very quickly."

"We had planned a fishing trip on Superior as the reason for our stay, but unfortunately due to weather and high winds, it was canceled. We were thankful for the abundance of indoor activities to do when it was raining, and a variety of things to do outside on the lake when we did get spurts of sunshine.The house was clean, and has everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"This house is gorgeous and Anna is an incredible host! The house looks exactly like the pictures and is so comfortable! We had a sister's weekend where some of us skied and some took a mansion tour. It was conveniently located for all. Anna is a very gracious host - starting with the offer of a free early check-in, yummy cookies and high end chocolates. I asked her if there was half-caf coffee and she went out and bought us decalf to mix our own!!! We checked out on time but one of our cars...

"This was our second time staying at Tate's property. It was just as wonderful as the first! This place has become a family favorite. So many great things! "The house is just off the road but you'd never know it while you are there. This peaceful, cozy home is a perfect place to disconnect. Lots of space to spread out or gather together. "Checkin was easy. House was spotless! Nice big kitchen for meals. Plenty of room for people. Host responded quickly to any questions. Internet worked flawlessly. Nice sandy beach and dock for boats. Boat launch is near by 5 miles by car and 1 mile by boat. 40 minutes from Duluth, 40 minutes from Two Harbors. Caught lots of fish! Smallmouth Bass, perch, rock bass, pike. Great Lake !.
