"The forest suite is surrounded by gorgeous trees which provide a beautiful view from inside the suite and on the deck. The host was a super great communicator throughout my stay. It is close the community of Mendicino as well as Fort Bragg, where the ocean views are spectacular. I highly recommend this place!"

"The property is rustic and quiet, with beautiful trees to shade the private porch. The listing was exactly as pictured and described, and thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the host was prompt and the directions provided were easy to follow. The house is in a rural location with the tiny coastal town of Elk about 10 minutes away. We just stayed two nights and if I find myself in the area again, I would absolutely return to this spot."

"My friends and I stayed for a weekend to attend another friend's wedding. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement. All in all a good place to stay with friends for a weekend."

"Good location, bed and shower. But. There is no kitchen- only a coffee maker and toaster oven. No basic kitchen supplies (ie scissors, can opener, anything to remove food from said toaster oven, or utensils beyond plastic ones). One towel per person. Nothing to clean anything with. Including dish soap for the mugs. Or a broom to clean up any sand. Or a garbage can for the coffee grounds beyond the one in the bathroom.
