"we stayed here for 6 nights during the calgary stampede and it was absolutely delightful! while the neighbourhood is fairly new and still being built, it’s in a very quiet and safe area which was a huge relief from the crowds of downtown calgary during stampede season. the house was beautiful! the rooms were great sizes and it was equipped with everything you could need. the hosts are super friendly and very easy to reach. would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting calgary (as...

"Excellent from the moment we booked to the time we left the property. We spent the day in Banff and needed a place to stay. The property was in an ideal location and not far from grocery stores and gas stations. Every room was clean and well prepared. The host even left out some games and puzzles for us to do on the night.Would stay here again 10/10"

"Needed a home base for a quick getaway with my spouse and our toddler. Found this new basement suite for a steal! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed. I recommended two tiny additional things that would enhance a stay in this space and then recommended it to a friend of mine who is taking her little family on the same trip in the near future. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were very impressed with our stay! We felt like we were in a hotel! Quiet and clean. We would stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is a tv in the bedrooms, we just used our phones ( as the teenager took over the tv😂). Thanks for the amazing stay and also the early check in!!!!"

"The home was beautiful and the lake view was incredible. Our family really enjoyed paddle boarding on Payne Lake. It was only a short drive from Waterton. The kitchen was well stocked and the island was great for family to gather around. The host (Wayne) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would go back! "

The room is in a large home in a beautiful neighborhood close to the bus stop. We share the kitchen and bathroom with other guests.
