"Everything from our host’s responsiveness to questions, our arrival/stay and checkout was top notch. The accommodations were immaculate, spacious and well stocked. The outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna area are a real selling featureAnd like the room, it was sparkling clean and well taken care of. Our only issue and it’s more of a recommendation is that bathrobes could be provided in the room for the commute to and from the pool. It’s a nice convenience to have. "Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!"

"We were able to check in earlier , as we had tubbing plans. So that helped a great deal! Being able to drop off all our stuff instead of doing it after 3 hours of tubbing hours. Host was great, our living space was beautiful and cozy! So homey would love to stay again , "

"We loved the area. We walked to everything we did and every restaurant we ate at in Canmore. Canmore was less busy than Banff but still has so many great things to do. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoyed the hot tub. "
