"Had trouble with TV....Wifi connection...Called front desk...I was told to "Go into SETTINGS and reset the wifi to the television..Tried to do it....didn't work after numerous tries. PACKED UP MY STUFF and vacated my room (#208) @ approx 7:45 pm, and drove the two hours home. I didn't say anything to the young lady at the front desk.
Needless to say..I take my relaxation very seriously. I left with out SAYING anything because I know my temper limitations when I feel disrespected...
I WILL NOT...

"Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Buffet was good, area was kept clean and tidy. Paid through Expedia and...
