Perfect for small family

This as the cleanest apartment we have stayed in throughout our trip and we really appreciated this. Absolutely spotless- thank you to ever is the cleaner! It was a fabulous quiet location but a short 5 minute stroll to the ancient walled centre. Best coffee at Coffe Storming just a minute away.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben eigentlich auf dem wunderbar großen Balkon gelebt. Auch unser Hund fand es da sehr spannend. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und für den Aufzug waren wir sehr dankbar. Wenn wir zum Strand sind, dann zu Fuß. Auch Abends zum Aperitif oder zum Essen zu Fuß in die Altstadt, dort gibt's großartige Bars und Restaurants in allen Preisklassen, nahezu perfekt. Die ligurische Küste ist wunderschön und viele Ausflüge wert. Auch einige Bergdörfer haben wir besucht, lohnt sich. Auch nach Monaco war es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Also rundherum toll. Vielleicht ein bißchen quirlig für uns vom Dorf, wo es absolut still ist.

Albenga, quirlig und ruhig zugleich

Serena ist freundlich, zugewandt und pünktlich. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind einmal weich und einmal zu fest. Ordentlicher Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon, um zu frühstücken. WLAN funktioniert gut. Beim Parken unbedingt darauf achten, ob und wann die Straßenreinigung erfolgt! Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Serenas Tipp, das Restaurant Sotto Il, ist für draußen und drinnen eine sehr gute Empfehlung.

Bel appartement, à deux pas du centre et des plages

Bel appartement très propre et confortable, sur jolie avenue tout près de l'agréable centre médiéval et à quelques minutes des plages. Seule petite déception: l'appartement ne disposant pas de séjour, tout doit se faire dans la cuisine où un petit divan 2 places doit faire fonction de "salon"... A part cela tout est très bien !

Tolle Wohnung in italienischer Atmospäre

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt, sogar Steckerleisten und Adapter waren vorhanden. Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Wir haben Albenga im September besucht und konnten auch den tollen Balkon zur Südseite benutzen. In der Wohnung gibt es jeweils in beiden Schlafräumen und in der Küche eine Klimaanlage. Die Altstadt, die Strände und mindestens fünf Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Super!! Fahrräder können vor dem Haus abgestellt werden- Schloss nicht vergessen. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto haben wir immer gefunden. Unseren Hund konnten wir problemlos ausführen. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln: einfach super!

Prima Wohnung, super Lage

Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie in der Beschreibung geschildert und wirklich super sauber, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen war Serena immer zu erreichen und hat fix geantwortet. Strand und Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, was es ermöglicht, das Auto auch mal ein paar Tage stehen zu lassen - gerade in Ligurien mit seinen steilen Hängen und oft abgelegenen Unterkünften keine Selbstverständlichkeit und für uns ein echter Erholungsfaktor. Absolute Überraschung war so für uns auch Albenga selbst, ein Städtchen voller italienischem Flair, mit einem angenehmen, schönen Strand und mit einer fantastischen Altstadt - aber nicht zu touristisch. Hat uns super gefallen. Einziger Nachteil: auch nachts ist die angrenzende Straße recht befahren, wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, hört das auch (Klimaanlage und gute Fenster sind allerdings vorhanden, wir persönlich nutzen die nur nicht so gerne). Ansonsten: Großes italienisches Urlaubs-Vergnügen.

Che dire..tutto perfetto!casa dotata di ogni comfort, aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, stendino.. insomma c'è tutto..come essere a casa propria. Per di più in una bellissima zona e a 2 passi dal mare. Serena è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Gepflegtes Appartement in zentraler Lage

We stayed in this sweet apartment for about seven weeks while looking for a more permanent residence after relocating from the US. I knew it was the right place long before we arrived. This is because Serena, the owner, is fabulous. My husband and I have years of experience with VRBO and Airbnb, and Serena is, by far, the most responsive owner with whom we've dealt. She answered a myriad of questions in excellent detail to help us make the decision to stay in Albenga, specifically, at her apartment. She provided a home that met all our needs and periodically checked in (electronically) to see if there was anything else we needed. She offered suggestions of places to eat, drink, and explore, and even gave us a welcome gift that matched our tastes perfectly; telling me that she really pays attention to her clientele. We were delighted at the location of Serena's apartment. It was on the most beautiful tree-lined street in Albenga located to every convenience we needed including an organic market, only a few doors down, that offered delicious produce directly from a farmer every Tuesday and Thursday. We were also only a few minutes by walking to a conventional grocery store that also had some organic options, recycled paper products, and biodegradable laundry detergent, along with most other products we needed. Still, we enjoyed visiting the nearby Wednesday market as well as the farm stands at the Piazza throughout the week. Much to our surprise, we were able to experience the Chocolate Festival in March, the Vintage Market (3rd Sunday of every month on Viale Martiri della Libertà) and Festival of Flowers (Fior d’albenga April 20-May12). The best tourist-related surprises were, however, the proximity to the Centro Storico, Piazza del Popolo, and the Via Julia Augusta. The Via Julia August provided great hiking fodder for us and the dog. Breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Alassio harbor swooned us into an eternal love for the Ligurian coastline. We were sad to leave Serena's comfortable apartment, the countless dog-lovers that enthusiastically greeted our pooch on our daily walks, and people-watching from the balcony, yet new adventures await.
