Welcome to DockED at Tillery—a spacious 3,000+ sq. ft. waterfront retreat made for lake days, family time and the kind of weekends you wish were a little longer.



Bring your boat, grab a kayak, fish from the pier, swim off the dock or claim a chair and do absolutely nothing but enjoy the view. With the lake visible throughout the main living spaces and plenty of places to gather inside and out, DockED makes it easy to slow down and enjoy being together.



THE SPACE



The heart of DockED is the bright, open main level, where big windows keep the lake in view whether you're making breakfast, playing a game around the table or curled up on the couch.



The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas and includes a large island with seating for 3. The dining table seats 10, so there's actually room to get everyone around the table. After dinner, settle into the spacious living room with plenty of seating, a large TV and stone fireplace.



Need to sneak in a little work between lake days? There's a dedicated workspace overlooking the water—and we've definitely had worse office views.



Upstairs, a second living area gives everyone more room to spread out, with comfortable seating, another TV, games and ping pong.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



DockED sleeps up to 12 guests:



Primary suite: King bed + queen sleeper sofa

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Full bed

Bunkhouse: Full-over-full bunk bed



The primary suite is almost a getaway of its own, with tons of natural light, lake views and a separate sitting area. The home also has three full bathrooms—which matters when you're traveling with 12 people!



YOUR PRIVATE WATERFRONT



This is the reason we fell in love with DockED.



Head outside and down to your own private Lake Tillery waterfront. The covered dock isn't just somewhere to park the boat—it's one of our favorite places on the property. Grab a lounger, curl up in the hammock swing, fish off the pier or just sit for a while and watch the lake go by.

You can spend the morning paddling, the afternoon swimming and the evening relaxing dockside without ever getting in the car. That's our kind of vacation.



Please note: the waterfront is open lake water with no lifeguard, and the water is deep off the pier. Children and non-swimmers should be supervised and wear life jackets near the water.



OUTDOOR LIVING



You don't have to be in the lake to enjoy it.



Start the morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon relaxing outside, fire up the grill for dinner and end the night around the lakeside firepit in the Adirondack chairs.



We wanted DockED to have more than one great place to hang out, so the outdoor spaces flow from the house to the patio, firepit, yard and dock. Everyone can spread out without feeling disconnected.



BRING YOUR BOAT



Have a boat? Bring it! Guests can use the designated boat slip during their stay, and boat/trailer parking is available at the top of the property.

Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen

DockED is a multi-level lake property with stairs inside the home and steps down to the waterfront. It is not wheelchair accessible.

For the safety and security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and dock area. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not view any interior spaces.



Whether your perfect lake day means an early-morning paddle, fishing from the pier, bringing the boat out for the day, watching the kids swim or gathering everyone around the fire after sunset, we hope DockED becomes the kind of place your family talks about long after you've packed up the car.
