Exceptional!
An amazing place to stay. The staff went over and above our expectations. The room was not what we were expecting - a small studio. Instead it was a fully equipped two bedroom unit.

Lovely stay
Very friendly staff. Beautifully presented breakfast- loved the daily juice of the day! Only 2 small criticisms - was the couch - hard and uncomfortable but can see it would be practical! And the carport - very small for most modern cars to fit into.

Everything you need for a short stay. A good 30 mins walk to the historic area, but only 5 mins in the car. Good buffet breakfast. Room clean and bed comfortable. Connectivity around Albany in general was not great.

Property was really lovely, staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean, fresh and very spacious. The car was safe undercover in the carport, and the whole property was very neat and tidy, lovely grassed area and wonderful childrens playground area.

turned spa on and a heap of black stuff came out of the jets . also hot water went cold . place wasnt cleaned properly as there was marks on the floor and cups were dirty . over all it was a good comfortable stay well done guys

They are Quality Apartments with quality service.
We were thrilled with the apartment which was spacious, clean had a very comfy bed and a huge bathroom with washer/dryer. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed and a full size fridge. The cooked breakfast was delicious and dinner meals are available delivered to the room which were excellent. At just under 1km walk to town the location is great, no road noise either. All the staff are friendly and the service is outstanding. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice accommodation
My two night stay for business was nice and spacious. It’s was quiet even though my room was next to Albany Highway. The breakfast was decent and staff were polite. The bed and pillow were comfy. Only downside are some of the driveways are tight to park in and I could hear a phone alarm from next door. Overall it was a good stay.

We were happy to have a spa room, although I was not aware I had booked it, so it was a welcome surprise. Free breakfast in the dining room was also a bonus and was lovely. The room had been refurbished which was very nice, it was clean and very comfortable and all staff were very polite and helpful at all times. All in all Excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice staff members and service, great location. Breakfast doesn’t have too many choices but the food is fresh. Cleanliness needs to be improved: there were mouldy spots in the bathroom sink and the smell wasn’t very pleasant near the toilet. The floor/carpet wasn’t vacuumed by the house keeping staff and there was a layer of dust visible on the edge of the lounge. Wifi is extremely slow

Comfortable stay
We had a very nice apartment. Lovely spa and the bed was comfortable. Nice size kitchen. Good sized tv and the sofa was very comfortable. Clean all over. Nice and modern curtains and stainless steel security screen. Light globe didn’t work over dining table, which was a bit annoying for eating at night. Asked for a replacement but didn’t happen. Also, housekeeping forgot to replace tea bags on second morning. Otherwise, we would stay again.
