Hi Tracey so pleased that you found the staff friendly and the room to be clean but unfortunate that you found it noisy. Our restaurant has a chef preparing meals six nights a week but two of these nights it is room service only, it was unfortunate that you stayed on those two nights! Hi Francisco we are happy to hear that the rooms were fine and the bed comfortable however we will look into the situation with the pillows and renew where necessary. If you stay with us again please ask for a toaster or microwave as we have them on hand to guests that require them. Kind regards
