Hi Rodney, Seems to be lots of confusion from Stayz site. This is a 'Hosted' Bed & Breakfast Accommodation with 2 bedrooms. This is my home which I share with guests all over the world...whom are generally very happy with my beautiful home...and appreciate any help I have provided at no charge....like breakfast. King room bedroom advertised on this site only to avoid ongoing confusion from lack of understanding of a Bed & Breakfast terminology expectations. Lucky it was only my son staying over as he questioned why you were sleeping on Guest's Common Property area and not in your bedroom? I was very understanding even though you never asked permission....and still complained and give a low rating because of the confusion? I trust you are more understanding with your chosen profession as a Pastor. You booked for 2 guests...no query for another bedroom. 'Your issue' is due to you being brother and sister. Other guests are generally aware of Bed & Breakfast regulations and make do to minimise accommodation costs. The sleep together knowing that they have only booked the one room....to minimise costs. A private room.....not room/s in a Bed & Breakfast. Everything is run in accordance to City of Albany & Insurance requirements. Guest arrived with a child (No Children on this site....did not inform when booking) late in the evening I felt bad so I did not turn away,] I go to bed early. My other guest was awoken through the night because of the child and 'very early' to 'hawking/slagging....' not coughing incessantly loud in the shower...very nauseating. This went on for over an hour....his wife said coughing...def not coughing I gather the guest was 'very ill''? My other guest was very distressed..texted me at midnight...had me up at 4am... as she had got very little sleep during the night because of the other guests .and was very distressed .
