Great location minutes to Middleton beach. Very 90’s style but had everything we needed. Easy check in and great host. Easily stay here again.

Great stay with everything you need inside and close to the beach and dining options. Bathrooms were clean, had washing machine and tumble drier. Only negatives on the property is the toilet extractor fan wasn't working, dirt under the couch and some of the dishes were still dirty.

Place a quite stuffy, a little dirty and spider web everywhere. But room are spacey, environment and all we need for cooking were there.

Spacious upstairs and downstairs areas. Fully self contained and inclusion of washer/dryer facilities a bonus. A downstairs toilet would have made everything perfect.

Great Hideaway Flat
Banksia was a pleasant surprise for us. Well situated in Middleton Beach close to the shore and food places, nice and quiet (aside from renovations nearby), nice spacious rooms with adequate heating/cooling, and enough kitchenware to prepare our own meals if desired. Beware that if you aren't a fit person and have been trekking around Albany that both bedrooms and bathroom are all on the second floor!

Wonderful stay
The accommodation is excellent, very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic with walking distance to the beach and a great fish n chip at the entrance.

Very comfortable apartment. Close to the beach and cafe/bar/restaurant. Comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom with separate toilet. Fully self-contained with everything you'd need. We'll stay again.

We stayed for the weekend and the accommodation was more than adequate for our needs. It was clean and has plenty of space for a family of 5. We didn’t spend much time there during the day as we were out sight seeing.

Excellence apartment
If you looking for apartment to stay in Albany , Banksia is highly recommended. Very clean, easy check in, close to beach and city centre, shops. Will come back in the near future.

We were pleased to find electric blankets on the beds....a chilly night. Plumbing needs an overhaul- pipe shudder and noises... from next door too. Well equipped and clean. Great location. Very tight parking bays.

Good location, interior need sprusing up.
Town house was very spacious and location is great being just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Really useful having a fish and chip shop just across the road. The courtyard setting is very pleasing. The interior of the property is rather tired and some of the furnishings need attention and some maintenance issues e.g. making sure light bulbs work. You are also reliant on previous clients adequately washing up the dishes, we had to wash everything before we could use glasses etc. No reception on site access is via a key box.

It’s situated in a great location on Middleton Beach, close to cafes and the beach. The property is starting to show its age, water pipes groan when turned on, holes in gyprock walls, really thin walls where you can here your neighbours...

Property is in need of repair work. Air conditioner not working, looks like it has never had any maintenance work on it. Gas fire lighter not working, box of dead matches except two. TV has same problem as I mentioned from my last stay. Probably won't stay there again.

Location was great. Wine Bar, cafe and fish and chip shop next door we’re all excellent but very busy. There needs to be more bedding - nights were cool and the single beds had only one very light blanket on them. There was a very noisy water hammer in the pipes when taps were turned on.
