  • Completed in 2016, built by sportsmen for sportsmen and everyone else looking for first class lodging and the ultimate rustic experience. Beautiful lake view with the most convenient location on Lake Fork in East Texas, next to Lake Fork Marina. Additional activities close by: golf, shopping, horseback riding, and Canton's First Monday. High speed internet, fully furnished kitchen, huge back deck with grill, fire pit, and a specially designed covered and lighted "boat port" that will hold two fully equipped bass boats. Sunrise Lodge I features one of the largest fish scenes of record fish caught at Lake Fork, as well as wildlife and fish mounts throughout. Many extras, including indoor/outdoor games, large deck, and private boat ramp access!
    Ask us for referrals to fishing guides or horseback trail riding that our guests have had great experience with in the past!

Lake Fork

A great place to stay. Everything was perfect. All accommodations were well thought out and the cabin had everything needed for a perfect and comfortable stay. The large covered parking area and back deck were great. The lake view was nice for mornings and evenings. This place sets the standard for what a perfect VRBO should be!

Wonderful Experience

Full of character and fishing memorabilia, and with all the bells and whistles as far as amenities, this lodge right on Lake Fork was perfect for our guys’s trip. Would definitely come back and look forward to the next time around.

Could not wait to do a review on this place. I stay in VTBO at least twice a year. This place ills my all time favorite. It’s a sportsman’s dream lodge. Thank the host for when I had questions he replied back right away. FIVE stars are not enough.

The cabin and location was amazing. The cabin had all the necessities necessary, just like home. The fishing mounts throughout the cabin is neat. It is truly a fishing cabin. The close proximity of the boat ramp and tackle shops was an added bonus. Everyone in our group was impressed with the accommodations. Thanks again.

Accessibility is amazing

Beautiful home located on lake fork, fishing right out your back door, Brenton kept in touch and had very good communication prior to and during our stay to ensure everything was good, thanks again Brenton !!!!

Very nice. Only complaint is there too many beds in each bedroom. Hard to move around. They’d be better using rollaway beds for the extra sleeping.

Perfect fishing lodge!!!

Had a short stay at the Sunrise Lodge, but it was the perfect place for our group. The driveway accommodates two boats, with lighting. The lodge is less than 3 minutes from the boat ramp. Michael, was an excellent host. We enjoyed the fire pit. Would highly recommend the Sunrise Lodge, when visiting Lake Fork!!! The fish replicas were amazing!!!

Excellently thought out camp house. Well provisioned. I'd almost pay admission just to tour the fishing memorabilia used to decorate the place. It worked out well for us for a father and son 5 day trip. Walking distance to the marina. This has nothing to do with the lodging, but July fishing was really tough fishing and we fished hard. We will be back in the fall or spring and will consider staying here again if we don't bring a boat, as this one is more of a lakeview property. 5 stars for this one without thinking twice.
