Spacious and bright, with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people (total of up to 6 guests). The room is furnished with a dining table, television and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing, reading or dining in comfort. The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the sea view and the Riviera climate.

Elegant and bright, with a double bed and ample space for your personal belongings. Relaxing atmosphere and tasteful furnishings, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day at the beach.

Cosy and refined, also with a double bed, ideal for accommodating family or friends. The room is quiet and well furnished, with great attention to detail and comfort.

🍳 Kitchen

Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for preparing lunch and dinner in complete autonomy. Modern and functional furnishings, with all the necessary accessories for comfortable cooking.

Modern and bright, equipped with shower, bidet and toilet, with hairdryer included. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for all guests.

Balcony

Exclusive with sea view from the balcony, you can also access the veranda, where you can store your beach equipment for maximum comfort.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if it were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
