Mycket bra budget hotell med trevlig och bemötande personal. Bra mat, alla 5 pers kunde äta nått, vill man ha lyxigare mat bör man välja annat hotell med annat pris.

I couldnt fault this hotel. Staff helpful, food good, room lovely and cleaned regularly. Nice pool with slide. Great hotel. Only thing is you need a bus to Cleopatra beach

Very thin walls and narrow corridor, the block I was in looked like a prefabricated construction, I could hear neighbors when they used the bathroom, when they spoke, it felt like they were with me in the room, I could even hear someone snoring at night, the mosque speaker is somewhere above the hotel and it's too loud, not the hotel's fault but it will wake you up, the food is ok but I didn't like table set up.

Unsere zweite Aufenthalt nach 2 Jahren , möchte erstmal einen großen Respekt an Herrn Aziz und Herrn Ali an der Rezeption zukommen lassen.. während der Mahlzeit sind einige Gäste mit Bikini oder teils nassen Bikini zum Essenaufgetaucht.. management und Personal tat nichts dagegen wir fanden es abstößig. Zum menüausfall es gab immer wieder fast immer wieder die gleichen Menüs Händchen Reis und Kartoffeln Pommes und so weiter da würde ich gerne eine Veränderung unterbreiten... Unser Zimmer war okay bis aufs Bad bzw Dusche die war verstopft wenn man geduscht hat stand man unter Wasser wir haben das gemeldet es wurde sofort ans Telefon gegriffen und versprochen umgehen zu beseitigen aber nach 10 Tagen passierte nichts der gleichen.. 😞Personal Zimmer Personal sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und machen ihren Arbeit entsprechend zufriedenstellen.

Despite my Expedia confirmed reservation, I arrived at 01:00 and the hotel had no record of my reservation. They eventually found 1 room substantially inferior to what I paid for, with a window looking into another room, no water pressure in the washroom, and a broken door frame that made it impossible for me to lock the door. I was promised a new room the next day, however it was two more days before the better room appeared. Extra charges for using the safe in the room, no drinking glasses in the room for taking medication, etc., and one lie after another. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and would advise others to stay away from this property. They have not refunded the difference in room rates for the two nights I was in the terrible room.

THEY CATCH + LEAVE CATS WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER :(

On arrival at 9pm, I was met with a very hostile receptionist that started shouting at me as I only had a digital reservation. He asked for a printed voucher, which I did not have. Very abusive indeed. I had paid for all inclusive, but the restaurant had closed by 9pm and there was no offer of late soup or even a bit of fruit! My room smelt of bad fish, caused by water according to them, and most rooms apparently are the same. Lastly, they caught a poor cat, put it in a cage by the poolside and were going to leave it overnight without food or water. It was screaming and stressed so we, as guests set it free again. For doing that, I was intimidated and bullied by a youngish waiter (F). It was a truly horrible experience. I would not recommend this awful place to anyone fullstop. I took vids and photos of the distressed cat which I can provide. It might be cheap there but it is anything but cheerful.

UUSI Arsi Enfi City Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Uusi hotelli aivan rannassa rantakadulla. Etäisyys oli keskustasta max 1-2 km, ei suinkaan 5km. Tämä hämäsi hieman, emme heti löytäneet hotellia. Tiedustelimme rannalta, he yrittivät neuvoa toiseen arsi hotelliin mutta tiesin jotta etsimme eri hotellia. Otimme taksin, taksikaan ei löytänyt paikkaa, kysyi tarkennusta toiselta taksilta ja olimme ihan lähellä oikeaa paikka. Olimme siis aluksi menneet hotellin ohi liian kauas keskustasta. Hotelli on avattu 2018 ja pihan puolen terassi oli vielä rakenteilla, muut tilat valmiit ja todella siistit. Me olimme hotellin puolella ja bungalovit olivat mielenkiintoisia ilmestyksiä, sisällä niissä en käynyt mutta ehkä seraavalla kerralla. Hotellihuoneet olivat siistit,rauhalliset kuosit.Tehokas ilmastointi. Uusi on aina uusi. Alakerrassa haman sauna ja hieronta ym mutta hinnat olivat kalliit paikkakunnan hintatasoon verrattuna.Runsas all Inclusive- keskitaso, tunnelmaa varjosti hieman ravintolan laitosmaisuus, Huoneet ja muut tilat olivat tasokkaampia ravintolaan verrattuna. Suosittelen.Lisäksi hotellialueelle pääsee ainoastaan respan ohi eli ulkopuoliset eivät pääse alueelle. Allas-alue siisti. pieni erillinen lasten allas ja liukumäki, Rannalla hotellilla oma alue jossa emme käyneet. Hinta 38 e kaksi henkeä All Inclusive eli edullinen.

Vi er ikke fornøyd. Balkongen hadde ikke utsikt, men vi betalte for utsikten, restauranten var rotete og skitten, hotel luktet ubehagelig hele tiden.

Never again !!

It was the worst holiday of a life time , l have read some feedback before but thought perhaps people exaggerated , how wrong l was ! The place wasn’t clean , the staff didn’t care about hygiene, my son who is 14 and some other guests spend a day in hospital with food poisoning. The food was lower than average when it come to taste and variety . The drinks were served on plastic cups including in diner hall , if you ask a cocktail or any mix you have to describe to staff , half of the time they didn’t listen or used their hands when they were adding the ice cubes. I guess l have some expectations since the hotel was four star rated , l wonder how on earth they managed to get that title . I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed , never again .

Kaldığım odanın banyo penceresi bozuktu , odaya ilk girdiğimde ağır bir koku vardı ilk gece balkon kapısı açık kalmak zorunda kaldı . Ve banyoda sanırım tuvaletten gelen keskin bir koku vardı ne kadar sifon çeksem de resmen banyoya işlemiş bir koku idi elimi lavaboda yıkarken bile durmak çok zordu .internet sadece lobide var , odalar için ekstra ücret ödenmesi gerekliymiş , her şey dahil bir otele internet için ödeme yapmak kadar saçma bir şey olmaması gerekiyor , tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Good hotel with no intertet

The hotel overall is very comfortable and nice, great pool, lovely breakfasts, perfect location. But the team is lying about the Internet. there is NO and cannot be string Internet in the hotel. they sell the advanced version of the Internet but still and still they are lying. This is a very common thing in Alania and Antalya - there is NO internet in hotels. Please, be aware and just buy local package of mobile data in advance.

Katastrophaler Zustand!!! Verdreckt, veraltet, kalter rauch und und und!!! Wir haben trotz 5 Nächte Buchung gleich nach der 1. Nacht aus gecheckt. Und diese 1 Nacht war notgedrungen, da wir erst um 2:30h in Alanya ankamen

En başından ücretsiz iptal seçeceğinin olması güzeldi, Otel seçeneklerinde plaj şezlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz yazıyordu gittiğimizde kendileri ile ilgili bir durum olmadığını ve ücretli olduğunu söylediler aynı şekilde belboy karşılayacak yazıyordu oda yoktu ve akşam resepsiyonu arayıp su istedim oda Servisi olmadığını söylediler anladım ki bu işlere bakan personel bulunmamakta, resepsiyondan pek memnun kalmadım ama bar ve

ei päästy koko hotelliin vaikka oli puoli vuotta sitten maksettu . työnsivät meidät 2 tähteä huonompaan hotelliin vaadimme korvauksena vain yhden ylim.aterian.ei onnistunut se pitää maksaa sanoi virk.johtaja ei suostunut meitätapaamaan vaan menin hänen huoneeseensa kiireistä huolimatta häntä tapaamaan.hän lähti tyhjästä huoneesta kuin telkkä pesästä ja i am busy.että näin hoitaa arsi möhläyksensä

kesinlikle berbattı. 3 hafta önceden rezervasyon yapmama rağmen giriş günü otel dolu denildi bizi yan binaya alacaklarını söylediler. sadece o tarafı yatmadan yatmaya kullanacaksınız dediler. bina kesinlikle kümes gibiydi. otelin kendi işletmesi de berbattı. çalışanlar suratsız .
