Great Stay, great people!
The service was amazing, the staff went above, the Infrastructure is a bit old, but well maintained... they can improve the bathrooms but nothing out of the extraordinary. Bryan at the Breakfast gave us some pointer of where to drive and what to do, and gave us the best local experience of sightseeing! The staff was very friendly!

Correcto pero pude mejorar
En general bien, podriamos volver a este establecimiento pero falta algo de limpieza y actualización... En el baño habia muchos pelos en el suelo y el tapón de la bañera y el colgador de toallas estaba roto.

We stayed here for one night since it is close to Great sand dunes national park. The staff was very friendly when we checked in, the room was big and clean, and breakfast had just what we needed

Between 3:30 and 4:30 am on Saturday March 23 there were 3-4 people in the parking lot outside our room being very noisy…didn’t get much sleep that night. All other times/experiences were good.

We were heading to the Great Sand Dunes and this hotel was in an excellent location. It's located on a busy street so sometimes you'll hear big trucks during the day time, but we had a very restful night. Breakfast was great as the staff who manages it kept it all stocked and clean. We are pleased. The room was a bit dated, but very clean. We were expecting a lot of sand in the hotel room given the location, but it was unexpectedly clean. The only thing is my kids walk bare foot and the carpet is a bit dirty (may be others wear shoes inside which we don't). Overall, Best Western does not disappoint.

I like that the check-in was easy inconvenient the staff was respectful and nice what I didn't like about the place was it's very hard to pull out onto the main road when I first got there the TV didn't work I called the front desk they never showed up I had to get it working by myself but I messing iwith the wires and behind it and when I checked in the front desk guy never offered me the promotion they were running that if I join the rewards program and say three nights I'd get a hundred dollar gift card that was never offered to me the pool heaters were broke the food in the morning was great

Room was disgusting and dirty with dog hair everywhere. No garbage bags. Dirty towels in bathroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Shower and tub wasn’t clean. Front staff were totally unhelpful. Had to come back twice at check in because room wasn’t ready, and no one cared. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and requested a refund which hasn’t been addressed. Would NOT recommend.

Thoroughly relaxing and no complaints!
The two night's stay was great in everyway. i.e., cleanliness staff, comfort, and free breakfast was not disappointing at all with delicious green chili ! will keep this facility in mind on our next trip to the San Luis Valley.

Smoke alarm was open and missing battery. Desk told me they were out of batteries. Microwave rotating table was broken with shards of glass inside. Desk swapped out the microwave.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and very attentive. The room was cleaned and didnt smell like stale carpet as you often run into. We had our dogs with us and so did other people but the grounds around the hotel were clean and poop free. There were always doggie bags available at the dog-station and the trash bin was emptied every day. We stayed for 6 nights and we would stay again in the future. Shout out to Danielle and her staff!
