Trailer needs a lot of work. There were several things that were broken. Also tiny. Can’t imagine more than two people staying there. Location on the water was great, but trailers, rvs very close together. Would not stay here again

The house was wonderful! FULLY stocked kitchen! We loved that you could easily walk to the downtown area. We even had a herd of elk go right behind the cabin one night!

We had a great time, 7 of us 4 adults 3 children. Lots of space for all. The upstairs deck was an excellent place to hang out. So was the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a couple meals and bowed. We hope to come back soon. Also the weather was nice and cool. We golfed at the 9 hole course. Gorgeous!

This is the fourth time we have rented this cabin and it is always clean and well stocked and the contact person. Terry is awesome and very easy to get a hold of and very helpful! Wonderful place to stay.

Communication by the property owner was clear from the beginning and the check in process was a breeze. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was great as were the views from the balcony. The check out process was simple compared to other rental properties. We will definitely rent from this host again.

Great little mountain village. Lots to see and do for a long weekend. Cabin was perfect. You can literally walk anywhere. Trails, restaurants, shops were all great. In the summer I imagine it would be great for a weeks vacation.

We had a wonderful weekend in Cloudcroft when we visited for the Mountain Top Basketball Tournament. The cabin was just as pictured! We were even granted an early check in which was perfect timing for us to drop groceries off before the first game. When we arrived the heater had been turned up and some lights greeted us. The cabin’s location was perfect for walking to shops. If you’re like me, and read reviews for all the info, it’s important to know that the hot/cold in the upstairs shower is opposite but once you know the trick it functions wonderfully! If you’re on the fence, just book it already. It’s a wonderful property.

This is the ultimate cabin! Very well stocked very clean! We go riding side-by-side’s every year and have stayed here twice and going back again October! We love the location and the parking on either side of the house is behind a fence which we really like because our stuff is protected! I also love the pool table and fire pit

Great location to everything we wanted to do. Short walk to town & trails & short drive to other activities. Beautiful cabin with everything we needed - stocked with more than enough blankets, pillows, games, dishes, TVs, and outdoor chairs. Enjoyed the nice cool weather as well!

Our family used this cabin as a jumping off point for our visit to White Sands. It was the perfect size for 8 of us and we loved the porches. Would definitely recommend!

It was the best weekend, that our whole family needed. Beautiful house that had every detail thought of. Great location to restaurants, coffee and hiking. We will definitely be back!

Nice, spacious cabin in a great location. Unfortunately no shower Toiletries are provided and only 4 washcloths provided for a family of four to last the 2 nights we stayed. The cabin was clean at first look but it could use a good cleaning.

The cabin was clean, gorgeous actually with its full exposed wood construction. Checkin was easy. The location was perfect to walk to shops for coffee, food and shopping. The gates helped us feel secure with our ATV trailer. It was perfect.

The house is beautiful lots of room. The roof leaked in upstairs bedroom and a family of skunks lived under the storage container we saw 3 on the patio wile we were on the back porch

The house was perfect. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was walking distance from downtown Cloudcroft and also walking distance to the Osha trailhead.

Excellent location. The Main Street is less than one minute from your front door - coffee, bakeries, cafes! Location is very quiet but the neighbors do have some windchimes that can seem a little loud at night. I thought they were pretty but you can close the window at night. Great view off the back deck. Overall excellent location for families. No need to drive anywhere!
