Communication with the host was excellent. Backyard is fenced in which was good for my little dog.Location is good to everything Some of the buttons on the front door lock would get stuck. We got in but it might be something that needs to be looked at .We would stay again

Top notch property!!!

We really lucked out finding this place to stay! Although it was a short stay for us (2 days)...I don't think we could have found a better place for what we needed. We had two adults and two teenagers, sleeping arrangements were perfect...the blow up mattress was a nice surprise too! Close enough to decent restaurants and only about 20 minutes from Hoover and the Finley Center which is where we spent most of our time. When we go back we will definitely look for this place first! Thank you to the host! Communication was excellent and the place was 5 star clean!

Great stay

Enjoyed staying at this property while work was being completed at our home. The house met all of our needs and expectations. Great neighborhood to walk in and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. The owner was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions. Not only would I stay at this house again, I would recommend it to anyone else.

Wedding Weekend

Attended a wedding in Alabaster and this property was perfect for our needs. We were a family of 7 with two children under six years old; the large fenced backyard was well used. Our host Abby was helpful and communicative from booking through our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in a residential neighborhood in Alabaster.

Very Nice home

OK so this is a very nice home in a great safe location. We took our dog and the fenced back yard was perfect. The home is older but well kept. The mattress looked new and were very compfortable. I communicated with the host and the responses were immediate. I will choose a VRBO over hotel evrytime. Quiet, full equipped kitchen, seperate rooms etc. Hotels dont offer that. Pros- Location, condition, equipment, comuunication. Cons-My only con would be price. VRBOs are expensive with all the added fees. $950 for 3 nights is expensive in my opinion. No fault of the host just what you have to pay to have all the pros I listed.

Nightmare

When we entered the property we discovered that it was very dirty. Dead bugs were everywhere....window sills, floor kitchen, under beds. the master bath had hunks of hair lodged in drain therefore would not drain and you ended up standing in gunk, there was also hair all over the floor. One bedroom had dirty sheets, the shower door had so much gunk on it, I wonder if it had ever been cleaned...the little blue bench couch/bench in living room had stains all over it. The area where you washed clothes, was extremely dirty, a couple of the windows did not lock. If you have to go into garage to wash clothes, it should be clean...There was years of dirt everywhere. The ice maker never worked, stove and refrigerator, cabinets and closets were not clean. It was very late when we arrived on the 6th, by the time we unpacked car with clothes and groceries, and realized that home was very dirty, it was too late to move for the night. I paid for 5 nights and we stayed only one night. We advised the host immediately that we could not stay there. It should not be placed in a marketplace for rent until it gets a thorough cleaning and a plumber, carpenter, and electrician correct things that need attention.

Real nice home - Great Kitchen - New updated house

This house is close to Oak Mountain State Park in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is updated and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and newly remodeled. I really enjoyed the size of the kitchen, which was furnished with all cookware need to prepare any meal. The management communicated super well. This is a great place to stay!

It was good

We stayed here for a couple weeks while waiting to move in to our new house. The host is responsive to any questions and issues. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to town. There is a loud train that comes through the area often so if that bothers you, this place might not be for you. The house was well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware.

Everything was as advertised. Location felt safe and Door Dash delivers! We stayed for a week-long baseball tournament based out of Hoover. Central to most ballparks we were headed to. Large fenced in back yard provided privacy and great place for the pup to play and us to relax. Would stay again!
