"Horrible experience! We arrived at the property at 10pm after a long day at the ballfield and our door code would not work. Contacted the host several times with no answer. Contacted VRBO and was put on hold for an hour and half. VRBO tried to contact host several times and said it was going straight to Voicemail. We finally gave up and went to a hotel (at 1230am). Had to back up at 6am to go back to the ballfield. It is currently 11am and I STILL have not heard from the host, even...

"House was beautiful but not clean when we arrived. It was hot and previous tenant had window opened and return air filter out showing it needed replacing. Towels weren’t washed and bed not made. Bathroom sink had hair in it bc wasn’t cleaned. Other than all that, it was absolutely beautiful. Host put us in another home. It was bigger and very nice.
