"Martha was a great host and very helpful with the rental and access process. We had a great stay! We loved it everything was nice. Beach access was great. The only issue were ants located between the main bedroom and laundry room that would come out and get on clothing. "

"This property is conveniently located and as listed is easy walking distance beach access. It was the perfect space for 2 couples. The large covered porch is an added bonus for when the weather isn’t ideal or just to relax on. Overall cleanliness of the property was excellent upon arrival. It would be helpful for there to be a small broom provided on property to clean any sand that’s tracked inside the throughout the stay. "

"Wonderful place to visit for a couple with dogs or kiddos. Screened in porch and a shady yard is wonderful during the summer here! Sunset views on the dock are unbeatable and we enjoyed eating fresh blue crab that we caught with their trap! A home that is definitely worth planning to return! "

"The house was exactly as described. it was in an excellant location for us, in between all the items we wanted to see. The house sits right on the Perdido Bay, so relaxing listening to the waves when it was windy.We are actually thinking about going back to area, just becase of Hart's Cottage. It was so relaxing."
