"The apartment we stayed in was very nice. Not too much to complain about other than we noticed a dirty glass in the cupboard. But that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We just didn’t use it and tossed it in the dishwasher. The check-in process was a little confusing but the staff in the lobby were helpful in figuring it out. The only major negative we experienced was that the area around the apartment had nothing to offer. No corner stores, gas stations for snacks, minimal food options. But that’s...

"Beautiful, spacious, clean property. HOWEVER, entrance is complicated, we never did get a code for the pool gate, if we needed the elevator after 5:30, we had to wait for a resident to come along to open the door. Even after two calls to the help desk, we still were locked out of using the coding system. Great price for the clean room, but the amenities were zero due to the complicated coding of the lock system and the apps. We downloaded two apps, neither allowed us access."

"Stayed for two nights. Excellent communication. Worked out well for a last minute stay."

"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. The common areas were...

"Our unit was very clean, modern and well appointed. The lobby and entrance floor was dirty and cluttered with leaves for the duration of our stay(likely only due to the rainy, windy weather that weekend). Great location, secure parking and plenty of restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again."

"This unit worked so well for my fiancé and I. It was close to everything we needed. The property was clean but it looked like there had been some grout work in the tile when make the floor look dirty but it wasn’t. Overall the place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen area was so cute. Would definitely stay there again"

"The electric key pad was not working. We couldn't get into the apartment. Messaged our contact. No immediate response. Called emergency number got a message saying they were busy. We were locked out of the place for over an hour. We got there at 10pm. The apartment had not been cleaned. The towel in the shower rack was so crusty it was petrified. Stains on every surface of furniture, bedding and pillows. There was glitter on the floor in front of the couch. The TV wouldn't connect to the...
