"Due to a water leak in my initial room I was moved next door to the larger part of the house. My stay was very restful and relaxing. I sat outside in the early mornings and early afternoons reading and enjoying the view. Cooling rains came each afternoon and loved the sound of the rain on the metal roof. The owner was very good at communicating regarding the changes in my booking and how to get in when I arrived. "

"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). "Larry was a great host, responded quickly and had the cabin ready early for us. We stayed with our dogs, very quiet and secluded, yet near town and state parks for a nice hike with the pups! "Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."

"Our stay was two nights. I wish it could've been two months! Such a gorgeous view of the falls and canyon below. Adding to the tranquility was the sound of the rushing water. Usually up-and-at'em, we found ourselves lazily spending the morning reading on the porch. Evenings on the screened porch were lovely. The screen enclosure extended to the bottom of the porch, below the floorboards, to keep sneaky skeeters and other insects that would typically try to find their way in towards the lights...
