Nightmare, unacceptable
No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! ...

Horrible huir este sitio
Equivocación de habitación mientras habíamos reservado un suite . Suite sucia , cama incomoda , aire acondicionado que no funcionaba . Estado general del hotel horrible Alrededor de las cascadas suciedad y basuras . Horrible no volveré . Estafa total. Ningún buen trato al cliente

They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 ...
