객실 청결도와 직원의 친절도는 좋았으나, 금연 객실임에도 불구하고 욕실을 통해 담배 냄새가 유입되어 괴로웠고 객실의 책상용 의자가 고장으로 높이 고정이 되지 않는 점이 불편했습니다.

Not so great stay
The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We ...
