Reefside condo is the perfect space to enjoy nature and a few steps in front of the sea, 7 rooftops with views, 2 pools on the ground floor with a gym, Yoga space, and one more pool facing the sea; where you can snorkel, sunbathe and enjoy a delicious cocktail while you relax. The privileged location, just 25 minutes from Tulum, 30 min from Playa del Carmen and, 5 minutes from Akumal, gives you the opportunity to explore the beauties of the Riviera Maya.

The condo has 5G wifi, on-site parking, 24/7 security, hotel-quality mattresses and linens, fully equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them with friends and family.

The complex has 7 common rooftop areas with ocean views, the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets surrounded by nature. There are also 2 pools on the ground floor at each end of the development, a gym, and a space for yoga. There is a beach club with loungers (this area does not have food and beverage service) and another pool facing the sea, where you will find direct access to the sandy beach where you can swim and enjoy afternoons at the beach while enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Santamar, is located in Punta Sur, very close to the town of Akumal. To get to your condo, you will leave the federal highway at PUNTA SUR and take a dirt road that will take you to the sea. We recommend renting a car or motorcycle to get there. The nearest shops are not too far away in the town of Akumal (5 minutes by car).

A car or a motobike are mandatory for this area.

From the federal highway, the public transportation is available (called collectivo).

Our condo is located in the second line from the sea, so our guests can access the sandy beach by crossing the pool that our complex offers at the end of the street. If you take a short walk, you will find a very nice beach club with a casual atmosphere where you can eat and drink while enjoying the beach. It`s called `The Beached Bikini Bar and Grill`.
House Rules:
Hello and welcome! We`re thrilled that you’ve chosen to stay with us, and we’re committed to making your visit smooth and enjoyable. To ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle-free, please take a moment to review our house rules.

Check-In & Check-Out:
-Check-In Time: Starts at 3:00 pm
-Self Check-In: The key is in a lockbox located by the main door.
-Important: Please return the key to the lockbox after use to avoid loss or accidental locking.
-Check-Out Time: By 11:00 am
-Check-Out Instructions: Kindly leave trash in the garbage cans outside the condo.

Electricity Usage:
Included: 20 kW per day
Excess Usage: 1 USD per additional 5 kW
Important: Please turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo to avoid extra charges and help us save energy.

Garbage Disposal:
Waste disposal containers are conveniently located outside or in the parking garage. If you need any assistance, please just ask us or the local concierge where it is.

Kitchen & Laundry:
Kitchen: Basic utensils and equipment are provided. Please make sure to clean all used items before check-out.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available. If you have a laundry room inside your building, please contact the concierge to book your time slot.

House Rules:
-Guests: The number of guests must match your reservation. All visitors must be registered at the front desk.
-Dishes: Please wash any used dishes.
-Lights & AC: Turn off all lights and AC when leaving the condo or at check-out.
-Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities or misuse of appliances. We kindly ask that you respect the property and avoid any actions that may cause damage or harm.
-Bedding & Towels: Treat linens and towels with care. Extra charges may apply for stains or damage.
-Safety: Your safety is our priority. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo. Please ensure all lights and AC are turned off when not in use.
