NOTE: Our professional cleaning and maintenance staff is responsible for keeping CASA CEIBA in optimal conditions and is available to assist with any of our guests needs.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Professional pool maintenance is performed weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. Jaziel, our long-time service vendor, is able to access the pool area and the machine room from the back of the property, so there`s no need to open the door for him. His activity begins between 3 and 4 pm and lasts a maximum of 30 minutes, provided everything in the pool is in order. If you want to move or skip his service or if you have any questions, we`re happy to help.
