The rules have significantly changed in the owner needs to update the online listing as well as the check in document. All the extras listed for the nearby resorts are no longer available. The check in process is completely different, now using QR codes instead of response. We went to ask for help at the main office and they were extremely rude to us. We used far less electricity than the daily allowance, but the property manager still tried to trick us into paying for it. She pretended it was a mistake, but it was very clear she was trying to get us to give her cash.
