"The title does it justice, "Slice of heaven". It is a pleasantly relaxing property (after getting settled in). Upon entering the upper gate there is a steep decent on the beautiful rock slab stairs. It is much like hiking going down and up especially. After opening the front door you find the bedrooms, two with a beautiful view of the lake! "The place was clean and very spacious. The beds were really comfortable. We didn’t use the shower or any appliances. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around looking at houses and gardens. We also loved that it was a short walk to many restaurants and other businesses and the feel of the town was friendly and relaxed. I didn’t bring my dog but if you do, there’s a small yard out back and even a leash on a hook by the door. "

"Home was very clean, well organized and had plenty of supplies. Host was kind and checked in often. Hot tub was a great addition and very clean. I felt safe in the home and neighborhood. My only small dislike was the neighbor who had a goose that was very vocal at times, but this would not stop me from returning and booking again."

"The neighborhood overall is older with some older houses. There are restaurants at one ebs if the street and a bar at the other. However, there didn't seem to excesses traffic. Late at night there was a little noise from the bar, but not bad. The house was nice and clean and overall in preety good condition. We are planning to stay again."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the house was well-stocked with common kitchen and bathroom items. When we arrived we found bottled waters in the fridge, an assortment of coffees and teas, and more than enough paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hosts checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, which was nice. "
