No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones
Nice but nothing special and nothing out of the ordinary. If Royal Senchi wasn’t booked out we would have stayed there instead.
Staff at Bridgeview are AMAZING - all lovely people.
Huge renovations going on that go on through the night disturbing your sleep. Music playing all hours also disturbing your sleep.
Indoor restaurant not available so forced to sit outside and be bitten by mosquitos. Bathroom drains SMELL like a sewage. No lights in the communal area so fell down on the steps multiple times. NO ventilation in the bathroom. Dirty walls. Terrible paint work around the doors and windows. Towel rack is located INSIDE the shower… rooms are HOT and only one air contortion which services around the bedroom area but rest of property HOT as a sauna. The toilet seat barely fits on the toilet. The rooms are quite stuffy. Walls in the walk in closet were filthy and one of the walls had phlegm on it. The on-going renovations ruin your view of the lake and bridge. The air condition in our room wasn’t working properly and the excuse they gave us was “it’s newly serviced so needs time to power up” which is ridiculous and they didn’t offer us an alternative room. Restaurant menu is basic and the breakfast is also basic. Best thing on the menu is the ‘lake man soup”
The smell from the bathroom sewers spreads through the room.
If you do visit ask for Emmanuel and Abigail they are both part of the staff team and they go above and beyond to try and make your stay smooth.
