Luxury Remodel w HOT TUB, 6 Bdrm w 3 King beds.

  • Enjoy the sounds of the forest from the comfort of a Hot tub or Hammock. Beautifully refurnished in summer 2022, this spacious 3500+ sq. ft house has been tailored to meet the needs of families & athletes w/ discounts for longer stays.
    Featuring a remodeled kitchen w/ gas stove, 5 new beds (2 king), home gym, office, 3 smart TVs.
    Located 5 minutes from the 401 and Ajax Go Train station, you'll have access to 3 parking spaces & fast Wi-Fi. Short drive to Pan-Am center. Tennis + playground 50m.
    The space
    This home has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay as seamless & comfortable as possible. The obvious highlights are the stunning private back deck & hot tub, elegant open-concept kitchen & living room, as well as the home gym.

    However, you’ll find many features throughout the home that make your stay both more convenient & luxurious:

    -Each bedroom has been furnished with brand new mattresses, tufted headboards, luxurious sheets, pillows & duvets (all purchased in July 2022).
    -All bedside lamps have USB ports. Large closets and new ceiling fans in all bedrooms (the master has walk-in closets).
    -A Quiet private office, with fast reliable Wi-Fi and additional office supplies including ergonomic chairs and 3 monitors 28-32’’ available for your use.
    -The above-mentioned main floor office can be converted into a 6th bedroom for those guests that may have trouble getting up and down stairs, or just need the extra beds. A 6th and 7th bed can be made available upon request, (both twin beds, real and new - not air mattresses). Please note that I'm not saying this office/bedroom is wheel-chair accessible.
    Guest access
    The front door has a reliable keypad for easy access anytime (new code for each new booking).
    You have access to 3 parking spots included with your stay, one of which is in the garage. Included is a garage door opener that attaches to a key ring. Access to a 4th parking space is possible, please contact me for details.
    Other things to note
    ***Pets only allowed for stays 14 days or longer - it's a big place to clean & remove all traces of pets from. Click "CONTACT HOST" near the bottom of this listing page near my profile pic for more information and tell us about your pet(s)!
    We hope to say yes to all pets but can't guarantee it. Please feel free to ask me about shorter stays with pets, exceptions can be made!

    -The hot tub is an Arctic Spa (2021) - high-end, 5 seats + lounge seat with 40+ jets.
    -The beds - 2 are kings, 2 are queens, and 1 is a double, all new as of summer 2022.
    -The TVs - the two living rooms each have a 65’’ LCD TV, and the master bedroom has a 43’’. -All TVs are LG brand, wall mounted, and adjustable to face all seating areas including the Bed in the Master suite. Each has free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ accounts included.
    -In addition to the private office, 2 bedrooms contain a workspace, and one of the 5 bedrooms can be converted to a second dedicated office at your request (give notice before your stay please).
    -The gas fireplace is switch activated & gives off heat (in addition to ambience).

    ***If you would like a late check-out or early check-in please let us know, we will try to accommodate you. Fees may apply to both:
    -less than 2 hours = FREE
    -2-4 hours =25% of daily rate
    -4-6 hours =50% of daily rate
    -with many same-day turn-arounds, we can't always offer this, but if that's the case we'd be happy to help by holding onto your luggage at no cost.
    -I am also happy to suggest local entertainment and restaurants, which there are plenty of! Click on my profile pic near the bottom of the listings main page where you'll find more about me, and my "guidebook" of local attractions.

    ***click "Contact Host" with any questions about things to see and do in the area - even if you aren't sure if you'll be booking with me - I want use my knowledge of the city to help you have a better trip if at all possible :)

    ***There is a completely separate apartment downstairs.
    It has a separate entrance.

    If the basement apartment is occupied during your stay (it is often vacant), the occupant(s) DO NOT have access to the yard, hot tub, or any of the other rooms pictured. A maximum of two people would be occupying the basement apartment. These people understand that the experience of the VRBO guests upstairs is paramount.

    For more information about the apartment, or if you would prefer to know it is unoccupied during your stay, or if you wish to rent the basement apartment along with the main house, just click "Contact Host" and I'll do what I can to accommodate you're needs. The cost rent the basement apartment is 30% of the total cost of your trip without it. Just message me and I'll send you a custom offer with the new total if you wish to book the basement add-on ( it's only available as an add-on for those renting the rest of the house).

    I am currently in the process of furnishing the basement apartment, but rest assured that should you rent it, it will be fully furnished and decorated in line with the rest of the house by the time you arrive. The apartment has two additional bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen) + den, kitchen, 1 bathroom with large glass shower, and a very large living/dining/etc room. I'm leaning towards making it a games room with a pool table (there are already "normal" 2 living rooms), let me know if that appeals to you! Please feel free to message me for pictures of the apartment, I left them off the main listing to avoid confusion.

Great house!

The house was fabulous, and had everything we needed for our almost 2 week stay. Lots of room to spread out and have space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great home.It had plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out, each of us had separate bedrooms (2 being a couple).The standard/quality was very high throughout making it worth the cost.The 2 living rooms were great and both with big screens.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there was the option of the gas BBQ beside the back door.We were within walking distance of the Ajax Go train for trips into Toronto.The neighborhood itself is really well kept and was nice to walk around, some of us played tennis in the courts behind the house (through the woods).We visited the Paradise and Ajax beaches nearby and swam in lake Ontario.Our host (Kevin) was fast at responding to any questions and very welcoming for our arrival.We'd stay again.

Perfect for our hockey family

Thank you Kevin for providing us with a wonderful home away from home for our hockey family and grandparents! We were super close to the rinks (Iroquois, Canlan, McKinney) and were able to cook/celebrate American Thanksgiving while being away on a tournament. The house easily accommodated our 2 families and grandparents. The kids especially LOVED the field behind the house and the pool table and hot tub! Kevin was super helpful in responding to questions and assisting with recommendations. We look forward to staying again

The property was exactly as described. The beds and extra mattresses were all comfortable. The host was great with communication and meeting any requests we had. He had the garbage removed promptly when asked, as well as leaving us some treats on our arrival. The owner was able to help us out when we were stranded because our flight was cancelled by giving us a later checkout and then an extra night for a reasonable price. The backyard was private and comfortable. The hot tub was great! We liked the proximity to the GO Train to get to downtown Toronto. Plenty of restaurants nearby but we used the kitchen and ate at the house. The dishwasher was put to good use and was excellent as were all of the utensils and kitchen pots and pans. We had a large group, 19 with 8 adults and 11 kids and we were all comfortable because we also rented the basement suite. The bedding was nice and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were both put to good use during our week long stay and didn't let us down once. All in all it was a great place to stay exactly as advertised! Thank you Kevin!
