Outside:

Independent 20 m² studio/guest annex with a fan, featuring two single beds (90 × 190 cm), an open shower (no shower enclosure), a separate toilet, and a sink with a storage cabinet.

Please note: there is no kitchen or cooking facilities.

All household linens are provided (bed linens, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels).

You will have exclusive access to the entire house and all its outdoor areas throughout your stay.

Before your arrival, you will receive all the information you need regarding access to the house, practical instructions and useful recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Self check-in is available from 5:00 PM.
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your arrival under the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and are subject to availability.

Mid-stay housekeeping

Dogs are welcome, subject to a limit of one dog per booking. An additional charge of €50 will be applied to your booking to cover extra cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be charged separately or deducted from the security deposit.

Any damage or issue must be reported within 4 hours of arrival (with photos if applicable), or immediately if it occurs during your stay.
