"It's a rustic but very cozy place. It was very clean and was stocked with so many niceties. Very classy and just lovely. The stairs are kind of steep so you might want to take that into consideration. We walked up to the barn area and met some of the animals - the turkeys and donkeys are quite sociable and very cute! The surrounding area is bucolic. All in all, a really nice place to get away from it all."

"From check in to check out everything was perfect. Host Daniel was in communication with me before, during and after our stay. The house was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed. The house was immaculate, extra pillows & blankets, pet friendly, games for those rainy days, beautiful fire pit amd hot tub to name a few. Short drive to Bird in Hand markets, the green Dragon, sight and sound theater ect. We'll be staying here when we visit Lancaster again. "

"This house met all our needs and was over and above our expectations! Large rooms! Private screened in back porch and yard surrounded by trees on all sides. "If you are interested in crossing an experience off your bucket list, this is the place to go!! The Hobbit house was spacious, luxurious and family friendly. Loved sitting in the enclosed porch, drinking morning coffee and watching nature. The alpacas, goats and ducks are cute beyond description.
