Janice is amazing. Met us at the house to go over a few things. Super nice and the place was just perfect for us. The pool table was the highlight of the nights. Very spacious and comfy beds. The place was perfect for day trips to the Hot Springs and with the money saved by not staying at the resort ...

We stayed two nights in the off season. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant dinners were very good. Beautiful area.
