"The house is nice but there is a lot of inconveniences. At the first sight it is plenty of clothes and products from the owners. The wardrobe is plenty of clothes so you can not use it, and there is no place to leave your own clothes. The house smells like smoke meat, and the fridge is full of expired food. Cleaning sucks and there are not available towels ,so you will have to pay for it (15 EUR x towel) The garden is plenty of sheet and the barbecue and fireplace plenty of ashes at the arrival....

"Raphaelle and her husband were great hosts. Direction and check in were very easy and they gave us some great pointers. The house was fantastic and ideal for two families with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were particular highlights. The location was brilliant. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in St Jorioz. The house is modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The big kitchen, dining, and living spaces inside are perfect.The outdoor areas are fabulous and the garden has great views of the surrounding mountains. There's a fantastic warm pool that our kids absolutely loved. They also enjoyed the playhouse and the lawn mower they named "Speedy."...

"Very friendly and helpful owners. We arrived early and there was no problem. The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of 10 friends. The house has everything you need. It has access to a stream, perfect for cooling off on hot days. There's a great barbecue for preparing meals. We had a wonderful week there and would love to come back someday. Thank you :)"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipée. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, les matelas sont moelleux à souhait pour une bonne nuit réparatrice et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de nombreux livres et jeux de société, parfaits pour se détendre en famille.Philippe et Valérie, les propriétaires, sont adorables : accueillants, conviviaux et toujours disponibles pour donner de bons conseils sur les sorties et...

"The location of this space was gold. A quiet little pocket just a very short stroll from old town and all its charm. I usually prefer a home with a proper space to sit outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, but my friend and I took to sitting on the front steps, which will long be remembered as a favorite part of our time. The neighborhood cat befriended us - and ‘protected’ us from additional cats, who tried to encroach on our territory and we even got to chat with our neighbors a bit....

"Très beau séjour dans cette belle maison. A 7 nous avions largement de place et en plus le jardin est grand aussi. Mis à part l'absence du lave - vaisselle il n'y a rien à dire uniquement que les seulement 5 min de marche pour aller au lac sont un vrai plus pour ceux qui aiment se baigner dans une lac absolument extra. La "Riviera des Alpes" porte son nom au délà du marketing à juste titre. :-)"
