We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo."

"It truly was a gem for us. The home was bright, airy, and spotless. The kitchen was so well-organized that we never had to wonder where anything was. Kelly's Kitchen, just down the lane, made some of the best chai lattes we've had as well. Sharron provided clear and thorough communication to help ensure we had a great stay too. "We had a great time staying at this property. It is in the heart of Connemara with easy access to Kylemore Abbey, Connemara NP, Clifden, Galway and Westport. The islands are very close as well. As you should expect Irish weather changes on a dime from rain to sun and back in a moments notice. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful."

"Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. "

"We had a lovely stay at the house in Rockfleet. The location is really the star attraction, so peaceful and beautiful. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. "Words cannot express how wonderful this cottage and our stay was! The cottage and the surrounding area are beautiful. (We absolutely loved the kitchen and the views). Our host Liam gave excellent recommendations; we loved horseback riding on the beach and hiking Diamond Hill. The beaches are a must see! Guys Bar in the downtown area had great food and servers. We miss being there and hope to return in the future."
