"Excepcional en todos los sentidos"

"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. I would thoroughly recommmend this hotel to anyone wishing to spend time in the village of Imlil and its surroundings. My friend and I both enjoyed our stay, the food, the views and the peace and quiet temendously."

They were cheerful, extremely polite, and made me feel genuinely welcome the whole time. It really lifted the mood and made the stay special. They were also happy to prepare food for me - late, after dinner time - which was a big plus. The room was comfortable with a clean, basic, private bathroom. Everything felt well looked after and relaxing after a day on the...

"The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

"WARNING: DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL We had booked 3 nights and got a confirmation from Hotels.com. The payment was withdrawn from our account. When we arrived, no one were at the riad. A neighbour contacted the owner who told us, that the riad was sold half a year ago. The new owner didn’t know anything about our reservation and furthermore that he didn’t cooperate with Hotels.com. So we had to find another hotel. When we contacted Hotels.com to have our money back, they claimed that the booking was...
