The property was in excellent condition. The small extras that the host had available for guest (Beach chairs, Beach towels, umbrellas... came in handy). The property was super close to a bunch of great restaurants and Crash Boat Beach. Everything was perfect; Beds, Bathrooms, amenities... We plan on renting the same spot again at the end of the year. Thank you guys!

Beautiful accommodations. Having run a Victorian bed-and-breakfast for 12 years, we are very particular about where we stay. This property was extremely clean and well put together. The owners were easy to communicate with and the location is very convenient to other sites that we wanted to visit. The pool area is clean and the view is exceptional. We will definitely keep this property on our list for a return visit!

Amazing Stay!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed, and it was as described in the pictures.It was immaculate and clean, very tastefully decorated. The terrace was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.We look forward to another stay at Beach Bum Paradise!

This was the perfect location for my family of 5. Plenty to do with the beaches, waterfalls, shopping, and fun tours. The house was super clean and the hosts were very responsive to our needs. The pool is beautiful with crashboat beach and the ocean view. The patio was nice with afternoon rain and then sun shining 30 min later. I miss it already and will definitely come back next year. The property was perfect for our family vacation. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrellas which was huge given we visited multiple beaches During our stay. The pool on property is unbelievable with a gorgeous sunset each day. The condo is close to Crash Boat Beach with amazing sand and snorkeling. Quick drive to downtown Aguadillia with great food and a nice walkway along the inlet. We explored Gozlandia Falls and Playa Combate which were not far drives. Lydia was super helpful, responsive, and made sure our stay was top notch. Lydia responded quickly to our needs during the stay, which were very minimal, and even brought us a few beach chairs to replace some older ones during our stay. Overall an amazing experience, great property, beautiful condo, and outstanding host. THANK YOU for sharing your place with us.

Beautifully decorated condo

My wife and I stayed in Aguadilla to celebrate our wedding anniversary and her mom and dad’s courtship as an Air Force member at Ramey Air Force base in 1949-50. Lydia and Ulisis were excellent hosts. The condo is beautifully decorated and accommodating to meet all your vacation needs. The complex is clean and gated to insure your safety. Sunsets at the infinity pool are spectacular! Lydia responds quickly to any questions you may have! Restaurants and beaches in the area are wonderful! You cannot go wrong staying in this property. Lovely Aguadilla Place

This place was perfect for our adult kids and senior parents (2 couples). The beaches in the area are very nice, and the golfing near the airport was the only affordable golfing we found in PR.The infinity pool was not operational while we were there (Feb 24-Mar 4, 2025), if it was usable the place would have been perfect.Being able to use the gate zapper while we were there was huge, we stayed in other places that we had to struggle with the gate keeper each time we drove in. Owners were lovely to deal with, overall excellent experience!

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo. All the previous positive reviews posted by others are very accurate. The condo pictures provided are in line with the actual property and I would say the condo even felt a little bit bigger while we were there. The hosts provided timely responses to any questions or concerns and also provided a binder full of information regarding the surrounding area. We were able to beach hop easily because of the convenient location. We mostly went to Crash Boat and Jobos beach but also visited Pompeolas Beach and Buye beach. Buye is down the west coast but we took a day trip that included a great lunch at Varadaro Seafood in Joyuda. The restaurant is right on the water with beautiful views and large portions. This trip also included a tour of the bioluminescent bay which is must do. Other restaurants we enjoyed were Desecheo, Cinco, Peña Blanca, Ola Lola’s, and Umas. One other nice thing was a lighted basketball court just outside the condo property. My son was able to play some hoops with a few other kids that were also staying in the complex. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Nice warm getaway

The condo was lovely. Nice quiet location. Equipped with kitchen and laundry, which made it home away from home. This was the 1st time booking/staying at a VRBO, and after our stay, my husband and I will definitely do it again. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and seeing a little lizard each day! Very nice complex - very easy to enter & exit & well kept. Disappointed the hot tub was cold & pool colder, would have loved to go swimming. Owner had a great binder with tons of info & very responsive to email questions.

Great Place Nicely Furnished Great Location

To start this was probably one of the cleanest and most nicely furnished VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness is always greatly appreciated. We actually had to spend some time putting some of the nicer furnishing away in drawers so my kids couldn't get their hands on them.The overall facility is also well maintained and secure. Great Pools, Easy Parking, You do have to navigate some stairs to get to the condo though if that is an issue. It wasn't for us.Check in was easy and owners communication was great. The only comment I have here is that using the address in Apple Maps took us to the wrong address in the neighborhood so we then just found the actual facility in Apple Maps and it took us right there.It is extremely well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation and more. It is also just a 5 minute drive or so to Crash Boat Beach which is now one of my favorite beaches I have ever visited. Finding the worlds perfect beach is also my life's goal.My only suggestion is that would have been nice to have would have been a smaller cooler in addition to the bigger one provided.I wouldn't think twice about booking here again! Lydia and Ulises have a great place.

Wonderful stay

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We have two adult children and the extra room worked perfectly for us. The condo had everything we needed and more. We were near the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Puerto Rico.

Great stay! The condo was one of cleanest I’ve seen at a VRBO. The location is great to get to different surf spots on the island. The hosts provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Would definitely stay again.
