"Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... Air-con not working well. a labyrinth up and down stairs everywhere with no clear signage. The 2 positives was view and no kids so nice and silent. Unless you like a low budget cruise-ship style -...

"The property has a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas and there is a small bar near the breakfast station in the garden. Breakfast is served in the garden area or can be brought to your room. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but the highlight is definitely the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for Marios. A lovely relaxing stay"

"Al ser un hotel cercano al aeropuerto sería útil que tuviese ascensor ."

"Bonito hotel, muy buena ubicación. Lo único que (tener en cuenta) que la habitación no tiene ventana, pero si una terraza."

"The staff was so friendly. We were made a beautiful breakfast, and we asked if we could keep our bags after checkout which was fine. The beds were comfy and the rooms had everything we needed and more. I will come back to this hotel no doubt!"

"Good food, helpful staff"

"Great hotel!"

"Muy bien ubicado. Caro para lo que ofrece"

"Excelente servicio al cliente "

"Great location, room size, bed and towels and nice breakfast"

"Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left."

"I read that there was no elevator, but your room is on the third floor because the family lives on the lower floors. They were helpful with luggage, but we still lifted our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The property is located on a one-way street. So, many taxis and Ubers have a difficult time because it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to pick you up."
