Villa Fea - Beach Front Secluded luxury residence with spectacular sea views

  • Egina, Egina, Egina, Egina, o Ägina es la isla más mágica del Golfo Sarónico y es accesible desde el Pireo por Flying Dolphin (nave hidroplano) en 30 minutos y en barco en 1 hora.

    La playa de dos niveles Villa Fea se encuentra en Perdika, un pintoresco pueblo costero en el lado sur de Egina, a unos 8 km del puerto.

    Solo 7 metros te separan de la costa y una escalera de piedra conduce directamente a las claras aguas azules del mar Egeo. La ubicación es ideal para el buceo submarino y el snorkeling para las personas que aman la vida marina.

    La planta baja consta de una gran sala de estar con chimenea, una cocina totalmente equipada, un dormitorio con una cama doble y un baño grande.

    Todas las habitaciones dan a una gran terraza con un jardín de rocas en la parte delantera y luego la playa.

    El primer piso tiene 2 dormitorios brillantes (uno doble y el segundo con dos camas individuales), 1 baño y 1 aseo.

    Todas las habitaciones también tienen su propia terraza, ideal para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.
    La villa incluye aire acondicionado, TV, ventanas de doble acristalamiento con pantallas y Wi-Fi.

    La decoración es muy meticuloso. Se pueden alojar cómodamente 6 adultos y 2 cunas están disponibles.

    Para visitar supermercados, panaderías, cafeterías y tabernas, no se necesita el transporte. Sin embargo autobuses y taxis locales están disponibles, pero se puede lograr un alquiler a bajo costo para un coche o una motocicleta.

    Egina tiene un excelente clima, la belleza natural, playas de arena, sitios arqueológicos interesantes, museos, monasterios y de la famosa ciudad medieval Palaiochora.

    Se pueden degustar muchos cousine y platos de comida de mar griegos típicos en las tabernas de Perdika.

    A tiro de piedra de la localidad de Perdika (10 minutos en bote) es la isla de Moni, cubierto de un bosque de pinos, con la belleza natural y el paisaje virgen. residentes únicas de la isla son pavos reales, ciervos y cabras. Es una necesidad para nadar en la playa organizada preciosa que parece una piscina porque las aguas son tan limpio y tranquilo.

We love Villa Fea and Can’t Wait to Return

The Villa is in an excellent location away from the hustle and bustle around Aegina Port but close to the restaurants and shops in Perdika. There are several semi-private spots for outdoor dining and lounging, and the ocean is literally right off the back porch. I hope that we can return to this lovely home soon.

Highlight of our time in Greece

We loved this beautiful home. Perfect for swimming all day, great meals and an outing to Moni island. The property manager, Jimmy, went above and beyond, repeatedly. Highly recommend

Perfect house by the seaside.

Perfect location next to the sea. Very well equiped house. Plenty of space. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby. The only thing we missed was a coupe of sunbeds.

Fantastic villa

Amazing location with direct access to the sea from the garden down a few steps. Great for snorkelling. Quirky with lots of artistic touches. High standard of rooms. A/C in every room. Wonderful views from the terrace. 5 mins walk to supermarket and less than 10mins to the harbour where there are very good places to eat and drink. Really enjoyed our stay.

Eine tolle Woche im Oktober!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist optimal, um Ausflüge zu den nahegelegenen Stränden oder zur Insel Moni zu unternehmen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die kinderfreundliche Besitzerin freut sich, wenn die Kleinen zum Einkaufen kommen. Danke, Maria für diese wunderbare Woche.

Fantastic location!

An amazing house! It was fanastic to be so close to the sea and the snorkelling was amazing. A very short walk to the local bakery or supermarket. 10 mins walk to all the tavernas on the front at Perdika. We absolutely loved our stay - we are missing the house already!

We had a lovely week, Villa is in a stunning setting and was equipped with everything that we needed. The seafront restaurants in Perdika were an easy walk away. Highly recommend Villa Fea, kids loved snorkelling and swimming in the sea at the bottom of the garden.

Something extra for a perfect holiday

Perdika in Aegina is an easy to reach holiday destination. The house/villa was something extraordinary. A little paradise on its own peace. Just few steps from the sea. Amazing, fully equipped... Piece of perfect holiday!

Very comfortable and loveYhouse, right on the sea!

Absolutely our best rental in Greece. If you like swimming, this is the place. Unbelievable sunsets. Comfortable home for families with children, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. You will want a rental car or motorbikes for getting in to Aegina Town, which is a 15 minute drive away. Just perfect for what we were looking for! Thank you, Maria and Jimmy! We can’t wait to return!

La possibilité d’une île...

La maison de Maria était en tout point conforme à la description. Et tout est pensé pour que l’on sente « comme à la maison »... en mieux ! sauf si vous vivez déjà face à la mer. Le jardin est une magnifique surprise. Les bougainvilliers, les lauriers, l’Olivier, la collection de plantes grasses vous entourent comme un cocon et rendent cette maison et ses terrasses uniques.

Perfect

Maria’s house is the perfect vacation spot for everyone! Our toddlers had a blast being able to walk out the back door and into the water. It was also a short walk to the local beach where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and a few supermarkets. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with a private balcony that was perfect for early risers needing some alone time! The view every night at sunset is breathtaking. The house is in a perfect location and in a very quiet area! It is also next door to a small hotel/cafe where you can get coffee, ice cream and a little snack. The house lacked nothing, and we were even given a box of goodies to welcome us to our stay! We never wanted to leave!

Best holiday ever!

Everything was wonderful! The rooms with their balconies and patios gave us all space whether for reading, eating or playing games. Easy to walk round the corner to the sandy bay when it was too windy for our side and plenty of choice of restaurants and bars for watching the sun go down. Good to be met off the ferry by mr.Jimmy and welcomed to perdika and villa Fea. Everything about the villa and the holiday was perfect- thank you Maria

A lovely villa in a beautiful, quiet location with excellent swimming!

My family and I had a wonderful week at Maria's beautiful home. The villa was spacious, spotless and well equipped. We found a lovely welcome basket awaiting us and Maria had taken a lot of care to make the villa perfect for our stay. The location on the beach front is brilliant and the clear waters offer excellent swimming. The pretty local town of Perdika is an easy walk and the restaurants and cafes have a great relaxed atmosphere. We were met at the ferry by Maria's friend Jimmy, who took us to the villa and was extremely helpful during our stay. Highly recommended! Thank you for such a memorable holiday.
