"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. "Unbelievable little town ❤️ nestled in the most enchanted valley! Lots to do or just relax and enjoy the view. Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working). "I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment."

"The place suits our group of 7. The only concern was it was close school, and the bell keeps ringing every 15 minutes. Half of our group is light sleeper, and they can't get their sleep. We appreciate the information about not buying bottled water and we can refill our tumbler daily at home."
