The whole building needs a deep clean. There was a layer of dust on top of the bedhead, so this hotel failed the clean test.

It was nice to stay at a boutique hotel that was still very spacious and in a great location. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a lovely stay for our anniversary.

A really nice hotel in a quiet area of the city, but within easy walk of Rundle Street. Check in for me is a problem though, they ask and take copies of personal details and in the age of cyber attacks, this seems wrong.

The lady in reception was more than helpful with everything. Staffing issues with house keeping saw them fall down in this are. TV remote didn’t work well which was irritating but not life threatening. Bathrooms only seemed to get very quick once over each day. Minor issues but overall the place was quite convenient

Stayed here a couple of times over the years. Property is small but comfortable. Rooms are starting to show age and TV needs to be updated to a streamable model. Apart from that all good and would recommend.

Booked because it was a fair price, and online looked pretty good. Simply upon staying. I can confirm I won't book again. Good: - The woman at the front desk on our stay was engaging and polite. Bad: - Parking $50 per night (We simply parked on the street for free, but that just seems excessive, even some of Sydney's most prestigious don't charge that for Valet). - My room had a terrible smell in the bathroom (my colleagues didn't so that was luck. - It was super dark, the lighting wasn't great and perhaps the lighting plan when it was built wasn't great. More floor laps to help light spaces such as he desk would have been great. - The couch was foul and stained so didn't sit on it at all- it made me question the rest of the room really. -The TV was a smart TV but terrible to use, slow, and struggled with the remote it didn't seem to want to connect- it also couldn't connect with the wifi and had lots of trouble with poor aerial connection with the free to air- but that also could have been a wifi issue- my colleague didn't even have a smart tv. -The wifi was dropping out constantly and was just terrible, I simply hotspotted my phone. - The jug wouldn't work, and when I went to call reception to suss out if it was me... The reception phone also didn't work, I noted it was exceptionally hot, so had to call reception via the outside number. - When a new jug arrive, found out it might be the power point, and we also just unplugged the phone shm. Lots to improve.

SOHO is a terrific property... nice vibe... it is a little bit out of the main CBD... so is an UBER or walk or tram... but, it is well priced, nice rooms and good value.

Unfortunately even on the 3rd floor street noise was significant. Air conditioning blew air on our faces all night. Even though rooms were oldish were clean and comfortable

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is dated but the bed is super comfortable and bedding is crisp and clean. Hotel is easy walking distance from many attractions and great pizza restaurant in Hutt Street.

Adelaide is a nice quaint city, and if you are planning a visit here, the Soho is definitely a good option.

A nice location and close to all we needed to attend in the city. Free street parking from 6pm- 8am. While the room presented ok, workmanship was very poor on closer inspection. Bed was too firm for me. But apart from this our stay was good.

At first it was confusing on where to actually get into the hotel as it said it’s on the corner but it’s a small little space to go into and the restaurant was on the corner, I was not impressed that I paid for a balcony and the doors would not open/ some latches were broken and also going up to the room is very dark and creepy for a young lady to stay there on her own. The guy at the front desk was very nice when I checked in and every time I’d walk past. The parking was a little bit hard if you were to leave and come back as the restaurant is right there. But over all it was a good stay

Glass pane in shower was insufficient in keeping the water in the shower area, with much of the small bathroom floor ending up wet. The room was a bit dusty. Minimal soundproofing, was woken up in the morning by outside noise. Strange smell in the hallways. Furniture was quite dated. Fine for a night or two but wouldn’t recommend staying longer.
