    The Master bedroom offers built in robes and ensuite bathroom with easy access, walk-in shower. Usually set up with a luxurious King Size bed, guests have the option (upon request) to use as a twin share room with the bed split into two single beds. And if the need arises, we can slot in a 3rd single fold out bed.

    Should you be travelling with a baby or little person, we have a cot available (upon request) that fits perfectly in this room.

    The second bedroom with Queen size bed, also offers built-in robes and a second bathroom directly across the hall.

    Should you have more than 4 guests, a super comfy, deluxe double fold out sofa bed is available in the living area (upon request).

    All bedrooms feature superb comfort, hotel-quality pillow-top mattresses, high thread count sheets and a choice of hotel quality pillows.

    The light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens out to the east-facing balcony to take in the morning sunshine.

    The apartment sits in the heart of the cafe, fine restaurant and shopping hub of the city centre, across the road from Gourmet Supermarket, chemists and a short walk from Rundle Mall and Rundle Street`s popular cafes and restaurants or a great selection of UberEATS for delivery.
    Explore the city on foot, via eScooter, bike or public transport such as the free city tram (within the city), which travels to the Museum, Art Gallery, Festival Theatre and Torrens Riverbank, Convention Centres, Universities, Entertainment Centre, and even as far out as Glenelg Beach.

    Adelaide`s FREE Tram service can take you from the East End to the West End every 15 minutes in air-conditioned comfort from North Terrace (400m walk away). Or catch the Free Connector Bus

    Academy apartments is located next door to the Pullman Hotel.

    **Please advise the following at time of booking:
    1. If you would like the master bedroom to be set with a King bed, two singles or three singles.
    2. If you wish to use the portacot and provide the age of children.
    3. If you require use of the sofa bed.
    4. If you will require use of the carpark (as some helpful instructions will be provided.)

    Bag drop off may be accommodated outside of these times if there is no booking alongside yours - please ensure this is communicated at time of booking.

    Please ensure lights, air-conditioning/heating and gas cook top is turned off when leaving the apartment.
    ACCESS:
    - Check-in is anytime after 3PM - the keys are in the lockbox.
    - Check out before 11AM - please return all keys to the lockbox.

    LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR:
    - Quiet Hours between 10PM - 7AM on weeknights and 11pm - 10am on weekends. Please be kind to our neighbours and they will be kind to you.
    - Only the number of guests booked are to stay overnight. By day, you`re welcome to meet with friends and family. :-)

    LOOKING AFTER THE APARTMENT:
    We try to keep the place in the amazing condition you will enjoy, so we ask, please:
    - NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Water is OK.
    - NO smoking please
    If evidence of smoking is present inside or outside, thorough cleaning or repair will be required and costs will be passed onto guests.
    - Leave the apartment tidy and in the condition it was given. Please wash and put away all dishes. Pick up after yourselves. Put your rubbish in the bins and take the rubbish out to the big bin on your floor.
    No need to strip the beds, the cleaner will do that.

    SECURITY & POWER - please:
    - turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
    - lock the front door and rear sliding door when leaving or checking out.
    - Close all windows when checking out.
    - Look after the keys. Lost keys/remote will incur a charge of AU$200 for replacement.

    REPORT DAMAGE:
    Please report any damage to property upon check in. We understand minor mishaps and life happens, but please report if something happens during your stay to allow us to fix / replace it for the next guests.

    Please acknowledge that should there be evidence of major damage to the house or furniture, you may be charged the cost of replacement or fixing the item/s or be charged an insurance excess of $500.
