    Payneham South is a small inner North-Eastern suburb of Adelaide located within the City of Norwood Payneham St Peters. It's only about 4.5km or 9 min drive from Adelaide city. East Adelaide is the local public primary school and St Joseph's Payneham is the local private school. Payneham South has many local parks/playgrounds nearby for the kids and is popular with families. The closest park is Payneham Oval Playground, only a 2min drive or 5min easy stroll. Multiple supermarkets and local amenities are all conveniently close by as well.

Don't judge a book by its cover

Don't be put off by the boring cream brick exterior and bare garden. The modernised, quality interior fitout, furnishings, and decor were top class. Clear labelling and instructions made it easy to operate everything - the coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and TV. The location 2 blocks away from busy Portrush Rd meant relaxing quiet evenings and uninterrupted sleep in very comfy beds for our 5 night stay - and not even any spooky noises or ghostly visits from the cemetery across the street. Our hosts have addressed every need in this well-appointed Stayz unit. We'll be back next time we visit Adelaide.
